3rd Gen GS airsus and fitment...

Just finished some projects going on with one of the VIP Emporium demo cars.  Airsus is all Easystreet Digital.  I need to fix the rear toe and front camber (the new GS cambers like nothing in the front, it's crazy).  After I fix the rear toe I can lower the rear more at all down, but the fitment at ride height is spot on.  I'll post up better pictures later, these were all just low res phone shots.  My battery was dead on my D70s (forgot to charge it).  Set up is bellow bag front and sleeve rear on adjustable damping Easystreet struts:

Dayyyymmm.. thats a nice Gs. Nice stance and fitment.  Cant wait to see better pics.  I want to see the car lower and tucked pls.

Good luck getting the suspension what you want it to do. I've looked under the new gs's and their suspension is pretty complex. Btw most lexus' don't camber a lot in the front, its a Lexus trait.

Just a heads up I would relocate the fitting on the back sleeve bag with the 90 deg pointing down like that, It will rub the bag when the bag is compressed esp at low driving heights causing the fitting to rub through the bag. It's happened twice to my setup already before I caught the problem. I ended up running mine parallel to the top cup of the strut. and re routing the airline to accommodate.

It doesn't come down as far as you think Dan.  It's turned to the back a bit, I guess it's hard to tell from the pic.  But yah, it won't touch, but thanks for the suggestion anyhow.  The suspension is already how we want it minus toe in the rear which has a notched arm.  In the front we don't really even have to touch it..I just want to slightly bring out the camber [B]positive[/B] maybe 1* which is totally doable with the stock suspension.  Lexus trait, Dan..the problem isn't negative camber, we have plenty of that, I want to add positive camber to make it sit more perfect since I wasn't counting on the front to camber the way it does when I measured it.

Specs are 20x9 +23 low disk and 20x10.5 +25 s-low disk (this is not a standard fitment, if you don't plan to modify anything, don't use these specs and definitely don't use these fronts if you have the larger front calipers on the 07+, the 06 had different calipers which clears more.  Mid disk should clear on those)
Fenders are rolled in front and rolled/slight pull in the rear.  I may pull it a tad more after we get the suspension dialed in more, but I'll have to wait and see for that next week.  We're going more for flush at ride height look with a slight tuck at full down.  With the rear toe the way it is, it's rubbing the very outer edge in the rear section.  Hopefully we can work that out and then I can roll that area a little more and then trim the bumper to match.

I was actually looking for the looking for the same fitment for my front wheels. right now im at 20x9 +30 high disk. Im wondering what comparable offset would I have to get for 20x9 low disk on the front that is just enough to clear stock calipers. I wonder how much of a lip i would gain doin that..

what do you mean notched arm?  you had to grind down or cut a piece of the arm?

Haha, no, there is an arm with adjustment "notches" in it.  Kind of like an indicator of how that particular arm is situated.  I'll have to take a picture of it to show you exactly what I'm referring to.  Sorry if I confused you with the way I typed it, I can see how that could be perceived that way..haha..oops.

They don't..in fact they don't "make" struts for many applications at all, and they aren't VIP applications either (scion is closest).  We put these struts together using the factory struts and the Easystreet struts.  What you see is what we came up with after blending parts to [I]create[/I] an application to suite how we wanted the car to appear.

The mid pad wont work..the wheel needs to be a "hi" pad to clear the caliper.

That's probably true with some of the spoke designs.  It really all depends on the wheel design..so just make sure you measure appropriately.

I'll get better pics soon, a few people mentioned to me that they saw it on the street.  It is a daily for the most part.

The trunk in these is quite large so the 5 gal. tank, compressor, and manifolds didn't take up all that much room, he's planning his sounds out too, so it's not a finished trunk yet by any means.
