Crutchfield now carries JL Audio

I'm not sure if you guys care or anything but they are now carrying JL Audio.  :shrug:

I was reading aboutt his in a trade publication. mom n pop stores are REALLY upset over this.

Nice to know.  Their prices are still too high though.  I can get their JL stuff for 40-50% cheaper in some mom and pop shops in Chinatown.

for real... chinatown is a nice place when u know what ur doing

everything crutchfield sells i can get for hte same price at bestbuy/circuit city

or cheaper at mom and pops

short of their W7/W6 subs or their slash amps, i wouldnt waste my money.  and even with the items i mentioned, id never buy new.

NY but im sure its the same concept in LA if you bargin.  Just say the shop next door can do better on the price. . .

i wish there was alot of mom and pop shops that carys JL down here...cant seem to find shit.

The little stores around here usually dont advertise they have the good stuff, you need to ask for it by name. They usually keep JL stuff somewhere else like in a back room or a basement. My guess is security reasons. 
 
So just because you dont see something, you can always ask for it and they might have it or may be able to get it to you from another shop in the area.:shrug:

I was thinking, why would a business like mine be worried about Cruchfield. I mean, You don't have to pay shipping on a 12w7 with me.  can only imagine what their charge would be.

True those things are heavy especially the 13w7
