Suggestions on re drilling holes.

Does anybody know if it is possible to ReDrill new holes in wheels, because I saw a UCF10 on Brabus wheels......


Will it be safe and or anybody know where to do so??

Mercedes 5x112 and JDM 5x114.3 are so close together, they can be switched up with very minor work to the wheels and different studs and lugnuts.  I know a few people that run 5x114.3 on their audi's with just a stud conversion and different lug nuts.

I've had my eyes on some BMW wheels that I know would look pristine on my car, but 5x120 definately won't fly without re-drilling.. If I could find some hub adapters I'd be exstatic, but can't say that I've ever seen any 5x114.3 to 5x120

Well I hope it can work for me about the minor work....cause mine is 5x108.

adaptitusa.com will make adapters for any spec you want man.

Using PCD converters will lose u some much sought after lips on ur ride, IMHO.

no it doesnt it just means more gangsta fitment and more body mods...buys the wheels and make them fit.

I'm wondering about the same thing.  There are some 5x112 wheels that I want to put on my 5x114.3 car.

What is the smallest adapters you can get?  25mm?  

I also saw a david_h post a while back about wobbly bolts.  They can be used on cars with studs and the part of the bolt that sits on the seat is loose.  I wonder if there are lugs available in this design so you don't have to use adapters.

Irregardless of how gangsta fitment or body mods, you'll still lose a minimum of 15mm due to the PCD converters (that's the minimum thickness for PCD converters).

For example, let's take the same wheel size (width and diameter), pull the fender to the max with craziest camber u can do. If it's a direct bolton, you can enjoy let's say 0 offsets. But with a PCD converter, you can't run 0 but a +15 offset wheels. You lose that 15mm offsets, no?

In Malaysia, if one choose to have PCD conversion without sacrificing possible max lips, we'll go for redrilliing hubs.

I'm using custom made PCD converters, the thinnest they can make for me is 20mm.

That is not the minimum thickness as I have dealt with 10mm spacer conversions before.
There's only 1 place in Japan that sells them as far as I can rememember (I bought them 8 months ago maybe a few other places carry them now) but they were 10mm bolted a 4X114.3 wheel onto a 4X100 car sits perfectly fine.. expensive as balls though..
