Blue tint?

I've noticed for a while a lot of mercedes are comming with a light blue tint from the factory. Does anyone one have some pictures of cars with a little bit darker blue tint? I've tried searching around but mostly found green tint. Thanks Guys!

Re: Blue tint?

I did this on my GS about two years ago. I wanted something unique and subtle... was tired of talking to the CHP
(the car basically had limo tint when I bought it). No hassles at all since I changed it.

This is SunGard light blue 70% (70% light transmission) same all the way around.
SunDial Tinting out of Huntington Beach, CA did the installation.

I think it 'works' on blue, silver, black, white cars.

Re: Blue tint?

Isn't the factory blue "tint" actually a glass treatment that's in the glass to reduce glare?

Re: Blue tint?

Hum, this blue tint is actually kinda interesting! I was gonna have my windows tinted this summer because my car sits in the sun all day and it's like an oven in there. Is it much pricier than just regular black?

Re: Blue tint?

I like the blue but I would agree with the posts above that it totally depends on car color to pull it off.

Re: Blue tint?

I too am looking at doing this to my car... hey SoCalSC4... what other percentages do they have for the SunGard stuff? I would want it a tad higher than the 70% on your ride... pretty nice ride man!

Most fades I've seen were of an opacity change or mirrored to coloured. I've never seen a blue to black fade, would be neat though.
