Stained Paint

I have a 91 pearl white ls 400. one of my doors has seem to be stained with bird poop all on of the doors. What product can I use to get this off of my paint?

Wash it with dish detergent, just that spot, then clay bar it. After wards use a scratch remover such as meguiars scratch X , then wax the area.

I don't have a clay bar, how much does it cost? And no plastic scratch pad with the sponge on the other soap with the dish soap right?
