Your thoughts, been thinking about putting purple fogs to replace the stock yellow color on my gs. What u guys think? yay or nahhhh

what color is ur gs? Normally I would say no but I seen a nice dropped white gs with them and it looked good. If you do it, just make sure your headlights are white and not blue. Get 4300k bulbs, thats the whitest you can get if ur gs doesnt already have HID's I think white and black can pull it off

U can pull it off. Just keep the ride clean (no stickers) and it can still look classy with the purple fogs
Not a fan of purple lights. But whatever, do as you please.
Are you talking about violet 12000k HID?

It kinda depends on the color of the car but I've seen it in the VIPmags and once on this forum and I would do it w/ mine! :biggthumpup:

Well if you don't like using your foglights for their output, then go for it.
yellow on VIP cars is very very rare...I think that the trend is to go WHite or Purple/Violet...thats mainly what I have noticed...I got 6000k in my fogs and 8000k in healights.... They are definitely attention grabbers, but that might get you hassled by the cops for some gay reason. I thought about them, but then I thought it might be ricey. I just stuck with 4300K for headlamps and foglamps.
If I could get away w/ them I would! BigSteve has 15000K in his which has a pinkish hue! As for me I like to be different so I prefer the fog lights brighter than the head light or atleast different color! I don't really like the Yellow/JDM look because 1. It comes stock on Lexus 2. Everybody does yellow especially in a ricey town that I live in! Although I'm curios as to seeing how they'll look on my Brother C4presidents Q???!!!! As for me I choose to go w/ 10000K fogs! I love em! They light up the front of my car like a show! Hahahahaha! My headlights are stock HIDs and I'll most likely be switching those to 6000K! damn oscar that's fricken sick. i think i might do the same thing since we should have the same bulb size. not sure if i wanna go that bright. i just want to match them up with my hid headlights.

That's what I want for my headlights Joe got 5000K in his fogs that looked nice! Has a whiteish color! BRIGHT AS HELL!
i got purple/pink fogs.. got a fix it ticket for it, but the dumbass cop thought it was the headlights which is actually at a normal color temp hah
I say do it. It would look clean. It would be your own touch to your car. Like my bro oscar said, I am doing the yellow h3 bulbs for my fogs once I figure out what the heck is going on with my electronics

That's why I was thinking it may be ricey to go with a really deep color. Sometimes I see them on Civics and other tuner cars, and I think to myself, what makes my car any different if I put them on there. I did rock the 3000K H3 fogs at one point, which was very helpful in the rain, but I don't drive in the rain that much and I ended up replacing them to match my headlamps with 4300K. TBH, Violet coloured fogs are pretty sick. There is a Eggplant purple coloured GS that roams around my area with upgraded HID headlights and HID fogs with the violet tint, looks very "VIPish". Yellow is sick, but in this particular case- I say leave that to the tuner cars. I have Amber fogs on my M3 haha. Whatever you do, post some pics!
