Auto Pilot Digital Air Management System

I need your help in getting digital air for my air suspension. I have a jzs147 and ufc21 on airrunners. They are both manual valves rite now. I was looking to change it to digital with presets on the contorler. I want it to auto raise when i start it and deflate and inflate with the push of one button. Has anybody tried the product below. What will I need to Swithch from manual to Electric vavles???? What do others have in there car?

I saw that too. the price isnt bad. Are u going to install the Height sender or the pressure sender or both. What suspension do you have on the car now and is it manual or electrical.

pressure. its in the shop but it will come out with uas kit. electrical

All depends on what your current set-up is and what you want to spend.  Might want to enlighten us with the details first.  Might be easier to give you advice then.

I currently have the airrunners basic kit with manual puddle, it has 4 manual rockers for front right, front left, back right, and back left. It has 2 guages that monitor both front on one and both rear on one. It is the basic airrunner kit with one tank, one compressor, manual rocker swithes, 4 shocks, and 2 guages.

I have that same controller, it works great for airbags.  You can set it to go to a certain height when you start your car.  This should be everything you need minus some fittings [URL]http://www.suicidedoors.com/AirLiftAutoPilotDigitalControlSystem.php[/URL]

Thanks RaCinStylez. But what suspension are u running with this. I always thought u had stock air, isnt ur car an ultra? Your car looks sick by the way. Is this link were u ordered ur  controler tru.

I do have stock air struts ;-), and yes my car is a UL.   Thats the same place I ordered mine from, hoebag ordered his from there as well.

I dont have any pics, but lemme see if hoebag has any.

i have the same controller as well. this controller from what ive heard is pretty much best bang for the buck.  uses honeywell sensors, which the more expensive competitors recently switched to.  you will need electric valves. the kit comes with 5 pressure sensors, one will be for tank pressure, but at the same time it will act as a pressure switch, so that your tank/air setup will look a bit cleaner.  
oh wow, i just looked at it, and its 700.  mine didnt come with the manifolds, but i paid $53x.xx total with coupon from streetbeatcustoms.com. just tell them that you saw their special in a magazine of theirs that you received from an event for $499.

they have a kit for $500, but it doesnt include the electric 2-way valve manifolds.  Most of those electric 2-way valve manifolds go for around $200 a piece. yes, true. it still is a great deal, but if you dont need the manifold valves, then you dont really need to spend much more. but for the original poster this is a great deal since he will need to switch over anyways. but for me, my UAS kit already had electric.

do you have the measurements for the controller? i'm trying to see where i can custom mount this controller in my Q45. i am also running the UAS kit but i don't like the controller that came with it.

i would say roughly about 1.75"x4.5"x1.5". ill go home tonight and get the measurements. those are just rough off the top of my head.
ive personally been thinking about gutting the boards and buttons and creating a custom template. but well see.

It switches between bat power and tank pressure.

Does the Autopilot have backlight?
I`m looking for a digital controller myself and I really like the autopilot.

We have done this exact thing you're wanting to do.  We first installed Airrunners on a 2nd gen GS, then he wanted the digital controller, so I ordered him that plus 2 manifolds (2 valves per) along with new line since we then re-routed the fronts to the trunk where the new manifolds resided.  The whole system is all plug and play and the manifolds are MADE to be plug and play with that controller and the brain it comes with.

Backlight? The numbers and all you see are lit up..not liquid chrystal by itself.  The are viable DUE to light.

so by ordering 2 manifolds this takes place of the 8 electric valves that I would of needed for the system to be electric valves?

What is requiring you to run 8 valves?  Do you want a low rider or a vip car?  Do you need FBSS???  This isn't an Impala.  4 electronic valves will do the trick...and with the Easystreet digital system that equals two manifolds that have 2 per manifold.

LOL.......im not lookin for low rider style. I was just wondering what I needed. I see alot of people who have kits with 8 valves. Just to clear it up so two manifolds will do the trick as front to back. Thanks elpresidente

yes the manifolds will simply replace the 8 valves. it is essentially the same thing, except that the manifolds are in one spot, instead of 8 valves located all throughout the vehicle. but keep in mind that if a manifold does go damaged, youll have to replace the whole manifold, whereas the valves can be individually replaced.  just a heads up.

my only gripe about it is that when sunlight hits the controller, you cant see shit. backlight should be added if they make a new model.

Has anyone tested or heard anything about this controller?
Up to 8 presets sounds nice.

never heard or even seen it yet. but 8 presets is nice. but at the same time, why so many. i think this is for a person with adhd or is just not satisfied with anything. lol.

So why do you guys prefer the Auto Pilot instead of the management system from Dakota Digital?

so i was reading up more on this controller. There is a total of 3 buttons on the bottom far left is "all lowered", middle is "ride height", and far right is "all raised" correct? so here is my question...........do u program the psi for each one of those butotns or when u hit the all lowered button does it just go to 0psi and if you hit the all rise up button what will it fill up the bags with. Im guessing you have to set those psi for each button but i was reading the operational instructions and it had nothing for adjusting the "all lowered" and "all rised" buttons, they only had info on setting the psi for the "ride hieght" button.

if you tap the pancake button it will dump all of them but only for as long as you hold the button. same with all raise. youd have to hold the button down for them to raise all the way up.

so if you hold the "all lower" button it will go down until u let go it will stop where u let go?
What happens if you just push the button once? or do you have to  hold it to fill and dump?

exactly. if you just tap the button it will let out just a small amount of air. if you hold it then all the air will dump out. and vice versa to fill. its the same as a manual switch box, except its on a digital controller.

Glad you guys are happy with the Auto Pilot. We are working on the next version of the Auto Pilot, should be out spring of next year. It is going to be an incredible setup!

I have the auto pilot as well.
So far i can't see a damn thing in the sunlight just like hoebag.
It needs to be retuned every 3 weeks other wise it forgets to raise the front end in auto mode and stay at 60 psi instead of the setting of 89 . 


Hopefully the new one will be a much thinner control panel and smarter logic .
