Well i am not over there anymore, but i do chat to some enthusiasts over there, and got to walk around one of the car shows. The look is called Oni-Can or Devil Camber. Its the same as here - some like it some dont, but you dont see them hating on it or laughing at it.

I personally like it, but its the same thing as the crazy widebodies from a couple of years back. Its done to try and be the craziest... Driving around town in a freaking loud, slammed car with hella flush wheels doesnt get much attention over there, so they gotta go all out...
