Need help on pricing for used Alpine headunit.

I have a used Alpine AVI-D900 that I got from a friend as a payment and now I want to upgrade to a touch screen model.

Can someone help me out on an estimate on how much this unit will see for now?

It's in very good condition, I used it for a year and my friend used it for 3 month. He didn't like it cause it blocked the AC controls and got the double din instead.

id say in a ball park figure something like that would be like 4-5 benji's. My boy has a eclipse model and it was twice that so thats about right what your looking for are you buying online if so you could probably get a good deal otherwise expect that much.

Thanks for the info, but I'm not buying, I'm selling.

considering the model is about 3 years old and if i remember correctly, they were approximately 2500 bucks, Im not sure if your friend had it for about a year. Did he/she buy it used from someone else??

actually I wouldn't know then. I mean its up to you. Give it an estimate and throw out offers. Keep in mind that the unit was well over 2 grand brand new 3 years ago. I would offer a ball park figure of around a 1000-1500??

V8_Aristo -

If I understand this thread correctly, you're looking to sell your IVA-D900? I sold mine sometime last year for around $900 so I think you could easily shoot for $700.

If you're looking to pick up a IVA-D310 as an upgrade, lemme know, I have a handful of audio hookups and can actually hook up that unit for around the price you sell ur D900 for.
