You can contact the Ebay Fraud Dept and if you used Paypal then contact them even though they are the same company. Good luck

It may be to long for the paypal fraud thing, you also should contact your credit card company if you used those through paypal.

Been through this before. You have exactly 45 days from time of end of auction/Paypal payment to file for fraud.

Here is your only recourse...

If you paid with a credit card, and man, I hope you did? Do NOT waist your time with Paypal, their refund/buyer protection is a scam at the least. And they will simply blow you off and not help you.

File a charge back with your credit card company ASAP, call them to do this, have your billing statement (the one that shows the actual charge) ready. Explain to them that Ebay and paypal will not help.
A good CC company will back the customer 100%, I have had to do this before and I know.
You can email me (MKIVPWR@cox.net), or PM and I can give you all the steps to accomplish this. You can even call me, PM your number and I will gladly call you ASAP to help you.

In any case, I wish you the best of luck.

PS: If you're paying for anything above $100 via eBay/Paypal, pay with a credit card then go online and pay the CC bill for that amount before you get a CC bill. It's the same as paying with your debit card/checking account, however now you have the backing and support of your CC compnay chargeback. Ebay/PP will not do crap for you in the long run, and they charge a fee to file a claim. Most often they can't even get you a refund, or even gaurantee a refund because the scammer has cleared the account of funds.
I have learned a lot about those buyer protection policies, trust me, there has been countless phone calls and hours spent trying to recover $3k in funds.

:signdammit: Geezus guys, I think it's time to drop a negative feedback on this guy already. His latest transaction was in Sept as a buyer and Oct as a seller, thats not too long ago. After leaving him a neg and things work out in the end, you can restract the feedback. At least prevent others from falling into his scams if this is waht it's amounting to.

1 month after no product or replys to emails or calls, this MoFo would have had a neg dropped on him, fraud filed and chargback to my credit card.

EDIT: looks like his account may have been hacked as he appears to not be a registered user anymore.

I had an issue regarding an item i sold on ebay. the buyer claimed the tank didn't hold air (paint ball tank) and filed a claim saying i sold him a defective product (it worked fine when i had it.) i sold it for 125 plus 25 shipping on ebay, and he was trying to get all of that out of me. i told ebay i would refund the money LESS the shipping fee. he had 7 days from when i responded from ebay to send it back to me. he sent it out on the 7th day, which according to paypal and ebay, did not matter, as i was supposed to have received it by the 7th day. sucks for him, becuase i got the product back, and yes, it didn't hold air after that..so i'm assuming he used it and messed it up, then tried to pull a fast one.

moral of the story? paypal fraud/resolving system worked, but not to his satisfaction.

you still need to call your CC company if u used them and work it out through them. you can try with paypal, but it's been too long already.

You need to dispute that asap with your credit card company.. I actually bought set of wheels off Ebay, however I asked the person what offset they were and all that.. I get the wheels and they were totally not what was pictured or in the descripition.. I put a claim through Paypal, they did nothing what so ever.. My credit card company, got my money back... and I got to sell the wheels..
