Best advice I can give you is this: stop trying to be Vip.

And either stay away from knockoffs, or stay away from here, we just won't get along.

LSs are nice cars, I like them. You could do so much better than Rotas and slight drop.

I'm not trying to be mean, but there's nothing Vip about your car. But why should there be? Just make a car you like, use high quality parts, and everybody wins.

i think that may be the only american car (that i can think of) that might be able to pull off "vip style", however you have not achieved it. it is clean, no doubt, and i think some quality wheels and a mean stance would be a huge step in the right direction.

sorry to hear about the rotas

The LS is a nice car and has potential for VIP styling. I'd like to see some traditional VIP wheels on the car instead. Trafficstar, Weds, Super Star, SSR Vienna etc

Dont under estimate some of the big body Caddies

I also think the DHS and DTS of the previous generation can pull off the look. Keep in mind some platform cars were designed to resemble cadilliacs.

I've been trying to stay quiet about this, but what is up with all these new members postings their rides that has absolutely ZERO resemblence to a VIPcar or a VIPstyle car?

anyhow nice ride, just in the wrong forum.

Wrong approach. Can the car be vip styled..absolutely. Is it right now? No, but he came to the right place to learn..so give him a chance.

What's with the j-tuned sticker and tuner tribe? i didn't know you had parts from japan on it.

You could get some good fitting wheels, and not shitty rotas, and it will look good.

It's VIP not V.I.P...say it as if it were a word, not an acronym.

Anyways I'm not seeing any relation to VIPstyle but whatever. Use this site to learn more about it.

And for the love of God, stay away from Rotas. Be a baller and get some real wheels.

no need to turn away from a style you enjoy simply because one or two people say you "dont belong" :pat: As was said before, you could move a lot more towards vip-styled, just not true VIP. So whats wrong with getting Japanese wheels (not VIP, lol, no such thing as a "VIP wheel" IMO) that are wider, nicer, etc. and smashing that LS to the ground on air or coils???? Not a damn thing. Why not take a shot, maybe surprise some people???

its not that your not welcomed...u say its your shops im guessing u work at a shop or own one and u drive a 01 lincoln...i figured your older anyways...i drive a q45 and im only 19. it has nothing to do with it....you are always welcomed here...u want to kno what vip cars look like...u come to the right place...cuz whoever was telling u b4 that doing those things to your car with rotas will make your car vip was not informed or lying to you. so the criticism you are getting here should be taken into high consideration..

people telling you what is wrong and how to fix it is the best thing you could have hoped for coming into a new style obviously misinformed. suck it up and get headed down the right path. you're gonna come across a lot of traditionalists, but once you start heading in the right direction people will warm up.

You guys scared him away!

VIPLS: Why don't you stay and learn a few things about VIP. The best way to get a feel of how to modify your LS in a VIP way is to start out by browsing the photo gallery. Some of the people here are a little rough on their comments but they don't mean nothing by it!

Sigh.... Imagine the number of members left if all members with non VIP platform cars (that includes Bb, Merc, etc) leaving this forum only because of this VIP car definition.

VIPLS, just be careful when using the word VIP car. Only certain car have the privilege to use the 'title'. Work on your nice LS, and please don't let others opinion let you down. Stay put and please do stay away from rotas.:yahoo_6:

If you want something, you have to go out and get it no matter what it takes. I was a teenager when I got my F50 Q with no co-signer, title in my name. Yea I worked 2 full time jobs but I did it because I wanted it and nothing could stop me. Just save what you can and try not to spend money on petty things and you will get to your goals sooner then later.
