makes more sense to me than the usa's donk style.  

at least the height in the back can be called functional  if you got all the juice that the soarers in the first couple of pics could run you might be able to stand the front end up.  


It reminds me of a bacward version of the Gassers that we used to run state side back in the late 50s and 60s. Altered wheel base cars including running raised front ends and pretty high backends, were the forerunners of todays funnycars.

Those pics are of the same car in different stages (note the plate).  That car was in an "exhaust shotout" video before too..haha.  And an ancient road racer?...I highly doubt it..haha.

Any point to this? I could see it being functional (if that's even possible) if it were a hydraulic setup, and they could lower it back down, but it doesn't seem that way.
