how many coils is that anyway?
with that question, did you cut the top or bottom?
Z32 springs don't fit, z32 coilovers do. springs and coilovers are different. Search will also find a you a reference thread for the G50
Nice Avatar.
i cut from the top...and i did 2.5 in the front and 3.0 in the rear....i did 3.0 front and 3.5 when i had my eurolines and it wasnt a pretty run.

DO you get the riceboy bounce with heavier cars?
Damicci;111976 wrote:DO you get the riceboy bounce with heavier cars?I didn't get it on my 94 G50 with Tokico's and oem struts, but then again I only rode on that setup for about 3K miles so I'm not sure how long that would've rode well. I'm sure if the rears shocks would blow, then yes, bounciness everywhere.

yea but its not that bad when my shocks wernt blown it was a nice ride i would say. its a good mod on the q45. easy and affordable if your on a budget.
Actually, I recently cut my springs on my G50 according to urmyhero4now. Its not as bad as other cars with cut springs. I used to own an S14 with cut springs and it was bad, bouncy, uneasy. The Q just feels lower and slightly stiffer. The only thing that freaks me out is bottoming out in the front. Every once in a while, you'll hit a big bump and you'll feel it!
hell yes you feel it and it aint pretty.
