another VIP Inspired 240

I'm Yojimbo and i'm another 240sx interested in checking out the VIP scene.

i got advice for you bro...get a vip car and keep your 240 for your daily or track car...outside of this thread your gonna great bashed on about your car probably. just a heads up..but yea i had a s13 vert with s13.4 conversion(not installed and i wrecked the car b4 i had a chance) and work euroline dh...oh and wide body 30mm front 50mm rear.

I'm not gonna do up my 240 VIP, maybe a few styling cues here and there but as for a real VIP ride that'll be soon. I know well enough not to mix and match styles, the few VIP 240s i've seen are cool but total show cars. I like the way it performs and its probably going to stay a street/track duty car.

Sup, Yojimbo. Yeah i had a feeling id get bashed here too( had the idea of changing a 91 mr2 into VIP status). Dont think ill come out right tho...going to get the car soon but its an Auto tranny so guess itll be my daily driven for now. My other car is a 03 MR-S (track/street/daily for now) Had my eye on a 98+ Lexus LS...

Im pretty sure most of the members on here is not going to "bash" you because their hating ect. But its just going to be plainly a waste of time to vip out something that has nothing to do with VIP.

Anything can be VIP styled, but why roll around with big money parts and the platform has nothing to do with "Luxury".

Pretty much like putting daytons on a civic cause you coudnt afford the 64'.
Yeah you can make it look like a lowrider, but its not a low rider.

People can argue on and on about this subject, but at the end its your car. Do what ever you want.

But when you truly park it next to a traditional vip platform, theres no judgment needed to figure out what is more luxurious and classy.

About the style. Also about it not getting washed out with non vip cars trying to be vip styled. 

It's a style, like drifting is a style. It's a style like jdm is honda's. It's style, that needs not to be labeled as the next trend, but more as something that only those who can do it, will do it. 
 
Same reason the parts cost as much as they do, because only those who can afford it can buy them. 

It's nice you like the style, but your 240 won't be very vip styled. The only thing that has ever come close, was the supermade cars. Even then, it's a 240.

As my friend would say, the 240 vip is in a class of it's own.  Its called SPOLUX. :smiley-rofl: ... not being a jerk but it's true. But hey what do i know i stil drive a DC5 :sad: .

We are not Flaming ~we are Just Explaining the Diffrent Terms.
 
Only 10 Platforms can be VIP.
Then Only a Select Few can be VIP Styled.
The Rest are "Auto Luxury".

Not sure why people keep trying to tell him his car is not vip when he already said he's just checking out the scene and he doesn't intend on using his 240 to be a vip styled car.  Anyways, welcome to the forum, were you planning on getting an LS?
