wow is that your UAS + coilover setup? i have a question,.. if i use insurance coilovers to my current setup would i be able to slam it all the way down with the kit hitting the floor like yours? i just put on my rims and the back doesnt drop as low as the airrunners... im thinking its the UAS and stock struts thats stopping me from going lower.

yeah as long as you have double tap coils, you can do it
im ytelling you
this coilover+bag setup is the best thing ive ever seen
its still a performance oriented ride and i gained 2 inches on the up swing, and can slam it

yeah, it hink they discontinued htem mid 90s
ive been trying to find a set in crazy offsets for almost a year now, and finally did

i MIGHT try and sell them, but im not gonna haggle on them.
If they dont sell, ill completely refinish them, get htem painted to match my car and the flat parts polished, lips refinished

Emitz are a true baller wheel, it takes the right car to pull it off IMO.
they are rare, were hella expensive in teh day, and still are in some places.

I've always liked those but like you said it does take the right type of car to pull the look off right. I think they will be nasty once you get them refinished the way you want em. I say keep them on!!

yes
i can roll fully dumped now, before the DP was resting on teh ground at full dump, but now its my bumper instead. worked like a charm. I took a little too much out and had to dent the floorboard a tiddy bit, but thats part of the game.

Charley-
ever since i sold Sultan (from Ziptied and ZIlvia) his emitz, i wanted a set. this was two years ago, and i have yet to find another set until these a few months ago.

Keep it up

emitz looks hot on your car. i actually just bought another set of emitz (from memoryfab, sorry charley), now i have 18x9,10,11,12  gonna try to make car legal again so i can finally roll on these.

i do kinda want a set of those veilsides that are similar to the emitz but i think i really do have too many wheels right now (got 22 in the garage, 16 of them are 0 or negative offset  ).

I really dig the throw backs for sure, you and Sultan should start an online catalog with your personal collections, I'm sure its quality would rival the best of the ones out there already if not blow them out of the water

yokotas,

wheels aside, have u thought about painting your bumpers-sideskirts cladding to match the car more ? It looks like it has 3 shades of white on it. I'd worry about that before I worry about wheels.
