Who do I talk to about getting a president front?

I went and looked at a 99 GS400 today. The car was in poor shape and there was 3 big dents in the body I certinailty don't want to have fixed. I'm thinking about instead getting a old wrangler for the winter on the cheap and picking up a first generation Q45. I've always wanted to do a mercury metallic one and with a president swap nobody would know what it was! I had to go super conservitive with my 420SEL build so I want to run some aggressive wheels on this thing. I can pick up one in decent shape for $3,000 and get a president front swap right away. The problem is I don't know where to find one! I checked all over and even on ebay but there was nothing. I don't need (or really want) new parts, but I for sure want to do the swap. Who do I talk to to get it? Is there someone on the web or someone on VSC? I'd prefer to support the vendors here. I've searched twice now and only found my old post asking the same question. Can someone help me out? thanks!

I found the headlights and tails on ebay that someone on VSC is selling and i'll probably buy those once someone buys my MAE's. I'm looking for the rest of the swap like the inner part of the taillights, hood, grill, bumper, ect...

I've been quoted by 2 people on a front end coversion!
It's pricey though! I think around 5K for the full coversion but you can get the prices down by excluding some parts........(I/E if your gonna go w/ a kit, no front bumper and whatnot!)

I carry only all brand new kouki parts.  I don't have much in the used category, but if you want baller status newest model parts...I got it covered.

i would suggest getting a post 94 q45 tho cuz of chain guide issues.
