Work VS barrels???

Where the shit do i order them from?
 
I bought my rears in too weak of an offset and want to order -27mm instead of -4mm
 
Is it possible for me to order only the barrels from a distributor?
 
19x9 -27mm is what i want for a vs-xx..

goodluck, as it seems that  aftermarket wheel barrels are extremely hard to attain.  but you can try schmidt racing barrels if i remember right. but expect to $$$.  goodluck
i was trying to order new trafficstar barrels but, its not going to happen.
kind of defeats the whole purpose of 3piece wheels huh?

This is my beef with Japanese wheels; they simply will not
sell seperate rim sections. 

Damage a wheel? Too bad, buy a new one!
Want to change the offset? Too bad, but a new one!

I'm having Kodiak spin some 17" rim sections for a friend's old
SSRs, but they are stepped-lip and for what the eight new rim 
sections cost I could have easily got him a new set! 
(he has a thing for this old-school SSR wheel)

If they are Reverse-lip (flat), I think you are SOL.

Time to hock them off to some NSX owner and get some Forgeline monolugs....

yea with my ability to run up to a -32mm offset in the rear they would look like that too..
 
got my heart set on them.. Navy blue metallic car color matched spokes though. And a anodized gold center nut with black spring pin.

i dont think -4 offset will fit a nsx.  maybe if its widebody...

My dude has a 98 with a marga hills widebody. I think they may come close to fitting. But he has adjustable everything so i think we can make them work with some camber..
 
Im still trying to get these barrels though. I know you can get them because i bought 2 wheels from some guy that already did get new barrels from them..

nm i just got -32mm barrels for the ones ive got.

550 shipped is all i paid with my bloody envelope filled with cash in a dark alley hookup.

where did you get barrels from... i could use some...

FYI, the barrels from the 5 spoke work equips are the same barrels from the VS-XX's. Might help if you find the 5 spokes in an offset you like, you can buy them and swap the faces with the VS-XX's. I was planning on doing that when I had my VS-XX's on my S14.

for under 600 for 2 barrels though, im not worried about it. Hell ill order as extreme as they have and just make coffee tables out of them if they dont work.

the 5 spoke equips are discontinued, expensive and great....not worth ruining for the VS-XX

Id rather have the forgelines. Any work wheel as far as im concerned is a joke compared to them. They are authentic monolug lemans prototype class wheels.

The vs xx will do me fer now.. I aint a 5 spoke guy anyhow.  Sides, i race this car and id rather buy a new wheel like ive got when i slam it into a retaining wall.

I used to have some like 14 inch kodiaks for an old autox set of wheels i had. They arent bad, im not sure the availability on big wheels though.
