Well well folks! we have our first scammer.

This list will be updated if both parties (seller and buyer) have resolved the problem. If it doesnt get resolved the accused persons name will be on the list until further notice.

I am in the process of contacting the relevant State Consumer Protection Authorities to file a complaint and am seeking compensation.  Legal action costs me nothing as I am an Attorney.

The red/clear tails were paid for via Paypal.  I am negotiating with Paypal to take action from their end.

As for Mr Dennis Chan, who was sent an International Money order for a set of clear bumper lights, he will be hearing from the authorities in Honolulu.

I am a little shocked at the fact that there are enthusiasts willing and able to scam others without a conscience.

Issue: Wanted to buy a bumper in japan. Agreed about the price and told the bumper will ship via ocean freight and will take around 2 months. Also told him the shipping fee was separate from the agreed price. He also knew the bumper was unreturnable. After a day he decided to do a charge back on paypal. Please do not deal with this guy.
