got it for 6k with new leather and all the service records....certified pre owned lexus
I'm pretty sure they have coil-overs on hopup racing, they have a TEIN VIP coil-overs in black and yellow for the UCF-10 without the air-ride. There are other places to buy it but that's the site I'm sure they have it in. PS: I'm not sure if those TEINs are made in Japan or USA...
yea most of the coilovers ive found are for a ucf20, but i will check out hop up racing. im kinda pissed i got an exhaust leak somewhere on the passenger side it sounds like its around the front door maby the exhaust manifold gasket

yea my friend has an exhaust shop im gonna take it to him this weekend and see about runnin some different mufflers like borla or somthin....anybody ever put flowmasters on a lexus v8 just curious
I chopped off everything except the cats and ran straight pipes to my muffs and I will vouch it sounds like a beast.
You only need a muffler if you have a 4 cylinder N/A... You got a V8 so be a man and go with the straight pipe after the cats, they really do sound awesome on V8s. Flowmaster, Borla, or Magnaflow isn't JDM so it's not bippu material.
No, unless you want it too sound like ass please get mufflers and consider an x pipe as well. heres an example to prove my point. straight pipes no mufflers.... notice the cackle at high rpms. [url]http://youtube.com/watch?v=opBcxTn4Tcw[/url] even with mufflers theres still a raspy note to it, to truly smooth it out youll need an x pipe like so, I kept the x pipe out in favor of a deeper fuller tone overall. [url]http://youtube.com/watch?v=nhLK_Uu435c[/url] furthermore theres nothing wrong with borla mufflers, just because your muffs arent JDM does not mean anyone will say your ride isnt vip styled... how many times do I have to say it? vip style is about STANCE and FITMENT. just for shits and giggles heres my setup. straight 2.25 piping from the cats to the quad mufflers at the end. I like it! but, it would be better if you could closely imitate the sound of an Aston Martin or Ford GT40. That would be super cool sounding if it's done...
yea its a lexus its got to have a tone....my chevy has a 454 with sanderson headders and supertraps on it and its to loud to drive on the street,my 240sx has dc headder cat delete and dual n1s....i want to keep the lexus nice sounding not hella loud.but if i could get it to sound like a 350z i would be happy
Well Borla has to sound best for the price...
price doesn matter too much i was checking out junction produce's line up
