coil over systems

i have a 90 ls400 with out the stock air suspension. i read about the "strutmasters" replacement for the air suspension but can they be used to replace a coil over system?
 
i know everyone has their own opinion and i know air ride would be the most comfortable but i dont have the cash flow or the time to be futting around with the lines and the air system. i had a bagged s10 with the 1/2 valves and lines and all that good stuff and it became a hassel to up keep. i going to buy a drop but dont know what kind to get. i know if i get coil overs, then i can bring it back up to regular height when i need to get safety inspection every year. i have 19s on my ride now.

i have LockSmice coils for hte UCF11 they are supposed to be fantastic, i hooked a friend up with a set for his LZS147 aristo, but i dont think he has installed them yet. Supposedly, they are fantastic, for hte 1200 the cost.

and from what i was reading, the UAS air ride fits over the coilovers just have to remove the spring if i want to upgrade to a air ride?

yep ill have to measure them tnoight, but they looked small enough
