#12014335MPG by 2020???
Does the signed 35MPG by 2020 law apply to "all" cars built even before 2020, some not even built in the 21st century?I'm not familiar about the law and can't find a "clear" enough document stating this US law, and still unclear on what they mean by "all cars and trucks by 2020"... It's giving me a headache because I want to have a VIP flatform and want to keep it for more than 10years to be classic and be driven for a Sunday drive!
