V.I.P I guess

hahahah, I read all of your guys FAQ's and it seems you guys have a very nice forum system. I am gonna be getting a 98-99 GS300 and selling my civic. I say within 3 weeks, I should be in my new ride. I'm still debating on whether I want coilovers or air ride. I'm gonna be doing a lot of research but for now, I think coilovers is winning. ohh well, cool site, and i'm already enjoying it

you guys have to understand that you can post anything you want in here. Suer you can't comment on other threads, but if we see that you are posting useful information in here, or even starting your own useful discussions you will be out of the newb section rather quick. Also, I am not sure that you realize this but most of the mods and other senior members of this forum have been in here a lot lately trying to either answer questions of just post in this section. If you have questions post them up... if you have tips for other members post them up... just because you are in the VIP 101 section does not mean that you can't contribute to the whole forum. Heck take portions of the other forum and post them in here if you please. The more that the mods see that you know what is going on the less time you will spend in this section.

We had to create this section because of the influx of new members that have been coming in and starting shit with other members, or just asking totally out of line comments that were not being tolerated on other sections of the forum. Trust me when I say that we are keeping a watch over this section and having talks about this section in the moderator portion of the forum. We aren't trying to discourage people from being on this site, but we are endorsing a specific style of car modification. We want to make sure that people understand those things before posting in other sections.

Cheers,
Jake

gotta enjoy the influx of new members to a certain degree, or else the forums couldn't sustain.

Of course. The mods just want to manage this site a little bit better than before so things don't get to out of hand. We had to shut the forum down for a while and do some major cleanup in the recent past. This section was one of the new additions to the forum.

Yes, new members couldn't register until the re-opening of January 15 2008. Any feedback regarding VIP 101, you can send it to mike@vipstylecars.com Just be patient and we will go through the new members and see who is ready. If not, email me and we'll go from there.
