toyota avensis...--scion tc wagon:)

here's my latest project...it's still brand new as it has about 6.000km...i've just managed to give her some new shoes-- factory lexus gs 18'' with yoko parada 215/40/18....but no ground on her now as till last week no manufacturer produced coilovers to TOYOTA AVENSIS...but it changed this week--h&r started,so i"ve ordered it and its on way:)

the plan is to give her "some ground",and 19'' MRR HR2 8.5 FRONT,9.5 REAR...<does anyone has wheels like those>,maybe painting all of the toyota signs black..i'll see

TOYOTA AVENSIS 2007
engine: 2,2 diesel<150hp>
cream interior.
18x8 lexus gs
215/40/18 yokohama parada

just check it out...as a curiosity i'll just say that scion tc,is a coupe version of toyota avensis:)

a few pics..:

don't take it SO seriously...SCION is made on the avensis's platform, and many parts from toyota fit to scion:) on other hand, new european corolla is made on a same platform as rav4....so the scion tC info is more of a interesting thing than a hard fact:) .

Looks like a clean Vip style starter car... Don't mess with the paint it's already good and Lexus like, why not get curtains for it and some crystals on the Toyota badge, maybe even a camber adjustment to make it look FR?

Nice ride!

I dig it. I've never seen that before, but it's a good looking wagon and should be pretty ballin' with H&Rs and MRR HR-2, especially if the stance is right

that wagon looks very stylish. any more pics of the interior? Even the stock wheels would look good if you did suspension before you bought wheels!

suspension...i know,i know:) the only problem was--neither kw,nor h&r was makeing coilovers to AVENSIS,as for the fact that toyota, here in europe<except for celica> are considered as grandpa cars,,so we have a large amount of part for vw,audi, and more....but not for toyota (i mean the good parts, not m-3 look mirrors,or wing spoilers)

...but finally they started to produce kw and h&r coilovers...so im getting them installed since the spring is coming soon:)

i also found wheels i'd like to have:

http://www.mrrwheels.com/image_gallery/albums/userpics/10002/CELSIOR4.jpg what'd you say??? 19x8 et40 front,19x9 et 38 rear???
..i like those dishes...any dishes in fact cuz they make the car look much heavier....and i love it:)

as for the interior,i'll post some new pics as soon it stops raining outside...hate winter, hate winter ugly wheels:(

This is quite funny, here in Norway these wagons are "soccermom" cars. I`ve never seen one slammed on 19`s.
Looking forward to seeing the end result, I bet it will turn out pretty nice :)

Where's the lip?... It might look like a Limo if you have an LS or a luxury service hearse if you have a hatchback like the Avensis rather than a vip ride.

Why not get something deeper than that?

It has no lip because it's a full faced monoblock wheel. It's like that on purpose. see how the face is concave rather than flat? that's the 'lip' per say. And yes, those are vip.

Someone should photoshop those rims on the Avensis and also give it a drop for a better "preview"...

The rims really look cool on the LS though.

Yo Piolazz. Nice to see you're working on an Avensis. Totally underestimated car here in Europe, as can be said for a lot of Japanese cars. Those D4D's are indestructible also. I especially like them in wagon, and the light interior is realy clean! It's funny we were thinking about ordering from the same store and now we're already thinking about the same rims. The Varianza is just a great looking wheel and a safe choice I guess if you're mail ordering your rims. Good luck with the project bro, keep us updated!

No P man, glad to help. Are the Venerdi Hereborrani CL-210 the same rims as the MRR by the way? Cause I still see those on the website in 19 inch. Also the Hot Stuff Stich Legzas D800 might look like what you're looking for. I posted a picture of them below. They don't look bad especially since they are a bargain.

that's around $925 american! fo those wheels plus tires i'd say that's a steal! i just paid around $400 for a pair if wheels shipped to me with no tires.

as for the car it looks super nice. i really like the color of the car! it's a true show stopping color!

189<wheels>+99<shipping>+4.5% custom+22% tax = 364320 yen. Which if I convert to USD is $ 3425 . So I guess the 925 is kinda misleading. But hell, you're gonna be the only guy in Poland rolling those sick rims!
