mirror blinker covers for ucf30

okay, i only noticed recently that the mirrors on my ucf30 are different sized. A shop got some mirror blinker covers from japan but when we tried to fit tbem on my car, it was totally off. so we came to a conclusion that they are different sized (drivers side smaller than passenger side). My question is, are there any local companies (in the US) that sells these for usdm ucf30's? Or...can someone get me japanese mirrors off a ucf30?? ....if so, will these function properly ( plug and play ) on my LS?

How about just taking the ones you bought and having a shop custom install the blinkers in your oem mirrors.

I bought the japanese ucf30 covers and had them custom installed. Any body shop can do it, its pretty simple.

Yep any competent body shop can do it. There is no two ways around it.

The shop cut and molded the JDM ones to my stocks. They came out really nice! If you dont wanna worry about molding, you can always buy the stock Benz signals and cut into your stock side mirror. I believe a couple members from the board have done this on thier car. Ya, my car is still in the shop getting worked on,...its been there since August! :pat: I will debut my car at Import Reactor on 3/21/08 here in Houston, TX. Ill post up some pics from the show.
