I've seen guys do similar stuff right in front of me. I used to teach Capoeira (Senzala) and some of my students integrated it into soccer juggling and some b-boys for breaking.

here is what i got from looking on Youtube. okay to break to all of you, two of the guys in there are my martial arts tecahers, the one at 0:05 - 0:08 is Chris mark, the one from 0:15 - 0:18 is Carl fortin, all the flips are real, all the balls with the flips are fake (except the ones without any flips to them) the only real ball for the flips/kicks was at 0:45 - 0:48 when Chris did that tornado kick... also this comment on Gametrailers.com A lot of the shots involve cgi, this is particularly noticable when the people and front flipping towards each other and kicking the ball. There are a lot of mixed elements in there too; when the real ball is kicked off the guy's head it is substituted with a cgi ball. Some of it is real, for example; when they guy front flips off the building and catches it inbetween his legs. One of the flip kicks is real @41-44 seconds through. This one gives away the cgi elements because of the way the real ball acts. either way some of this stuff is real. It is a cool ass vid and a great Viral Add release for FIFA Street 3.
i agree the flips are real.... but the ball passing in between them is fake as hell....

That's Joe Eigo...he's one of the best examples in the expansion of the human bodies limitations. Search around for videos of him, it'll trip you out.
