odd error message

my friend just signed up (arabretard) and is getting this weird error message:

You would need to provide your own index.php if they don't have to use the home module, because the index.php included with vbportal, just sends them here. If you followed a valid link, please notify the [EMAIL="admin@vipstylecars.com"]webmaster[/EMAIL]

it happened on 2 different computers, so hes guessing its the account. help?

I just tested his account and everything is working properly. I also ran a quick test on vPortal and vBulletin's index files. Everything is working. I also visited VSC from 3 different computers just now and nothing seems out of the ordinary. Can't say what the problem is on his end.
