thanks guys!

Unless you count tearing stuff off the undercarriage, and breaking my front grille 'mods', then no, no changes lol

But I'm going to test fit these rims without tires at work on Saturday, then hopefully get the bodywork and paint (just repairs, no colour change) done early next week.:giggity:

Hehe, yeah, I am very excited too.

Since I got the wrong wheels last June(?) Tim had been looking for a set to send me instead. He told me I could keep the Eurolines, he just needed $250 extra, so basically, he sent me these near mint Viennas for $250. It was just really hard finding these in the first place, since a 4x100 bolt pattern in that sizing used is pretty rare.

Test pics tomorrow, and I scored shop time for next week! Now I just gotta find me a fender roller and a hammer >_>

Realtime update:

The fronts fit with no fender mods. In fact, I have room to spare, and depending on how it feels with tires, I may throw a 5mm spacer on there to get it flush.

I'm going back in the shop to test the rear right now.

Don't change the channel, pictures and final results are coming after this short break!

Yeah, my supplier messed up the order and my front tires didn't show up.

But I got the rears mounted and I'll put 'em on today.

215/45 is beefier than I thought, in both directions though. Looks pretty padded, so I probably won't waste any time going either a 215/40 or a 205/45 in the rear, depending on clearance, and in the front I guess I'm stuck with 205/40 if I downsize the rear (right now, 205/45 is coming).

I have 3 options:
-pull some more, then cover the mess with fiberglass and filler.
-camber some more
-fab up some slightly wider replacement sheetmetal.

For the record, the car wasn't fully down in those pics, it was actually sitting on the tire. It had about 1/3" to go.

But take that, credit card fitment!

205/40 probably would have solved that problem, but I don't feel like it. 215/40 definitely though.

Hammer, then a pipe.

Hammer was going well until the metal broke. Then it all went to shit. The pipe just made it worse.

Whatever. I'll just cut it out and get someone to weld in a patch that is a couple mm wider than stock. No biggie.

hammer and dolly, stretches the metal, would be a little flimsy, but would of worked if you needed just a little more metal to work with.

Everything would have gone according to plan if rust hadn't made the metal so thin and brittle.

And what camber cant fix, can be fixed with a BFH. But try camber first...

Gyeah. for canada. . Thats dope man. .Not sure what size your rims are but you need to run the smallest rubber you can. . I've put 17x9j +18/21 on Ek civic 205/40's all around and it looks perfect. . Nice and low and skinny. .If you got 18's then same thing. 205/40 or 215/35. .

You can see the civic in my ECU tuning vid.

You put your rims on wrong. Your tire is on backwards LOL.

Camber it a bit, if it's not enough, go full out flares yo! do it! and put spacers on..25mm minimum. Supa flares, go wide.

lol, I know

I only have one fender mangled thankfully, it's my test fender. I just happened to pick the wrong wheel to test fit.

I'm thinking I'll sell all 4 tires I ordered so I can recoup and buy smaller rubber before I put the wheels on for good.

I'm thinkin' flares, 'cuz the metal is shit anyways, and it's not gonna get better. Might as well cut off the infected shit right away. 15mm flare, 5mm spacer, 205/40 should do it.:giggity:
