97 y33 HID options?

i saw a few threads where people did it, but they were light on details.
i decided i dont like the look of the 99+ headlights, but still appreciate HIDs (my z33 has em and i would never want to go back)
what kits do people use?
are they HID for hi and low beam?
any kits work in the stock foglights?
how terrible is the beam pattern?

i'm looking for a 4000k kit, btw. (4300 if thats the lowest that exists)

i literally just got the car today, so any help on this appreciated as im still learning.

These are REALLY easy to install plug and play kits!

As far as beam pattern.....it depends on what kevlar you get!
4300K will be good for output but most HID fogs are jus for show but NICE! :biggthumpup:

I am using phillips HID kits...

Yea, I'm probably gonna switch mine out to 8K or 6K  Headlight & Fogs

FYI- y headlights are the DS2 bulbs actually the current ones in the last pics are different (they don't have the sheild! I got sent the wrong bulbs....)
 
and my fog lights are H1 stock is H3

yeah bro definately go 6000k or 8000k up top and 3000k or 6000k on the bottom. The guys in my crew go nuts with it, they have 10000k up top and below , I always tell them they can use the cars to land planes at the airport.

Mine are 12K up top and 10K on bottom! 
 
SUPER BRIGHT! Especially cause my tops don't have the proper shield!

I dont know if you guys no this but the higher the K the less light output you get..10000k should be a bit on the pinkish purple side. 8000k are bluish white, 6000k are whitish/bluish with a ting of purple and 5000k are white with a slight ting of blue and 4300k has the highest light out put and are white...:biggthumpup:

Yep I knew that! :biggthumpup:
and also found out when I went from stock HID to 12k! 
Which is why ill begoing down to 8/6k!

Cut off and glare has to do mostly w/ housing and Kelvin temp.
but yes u will have no issues!
