Eating Clay?

So doing a little investagtion on the net I found something interesting.

Interesting, read and after searching around more for info, I have found nothing but good info on this stuff.

And several people have stated this has caused thier cyst to shrink.

It cant be the worst thing in the world to eat but if it helps .... add water and shake well and make a shake outta it ;P

Dang! They called it the "Bible Bumps" back in the day! That route sounds painful..Gl buddy, sorry to hear that.

It only bothers me when I put pressure on my wrist, but the pain is not painful just irritating.
I can't Imagine whacking it with a bible or the like. I would probably start crying like a lil girl.

My wrist looks some what similiar to that. When i face my hands downward the bone shows and when i lift something heavy i usually get a flaming sensation.
I'm pretty sure i got it from weight lifting.

sorry to hear bout that but i heard good things bout eating clay too. dont wanna sound nerdy but i was watching a documentary and the parrots on some isand would eat clay off moutain cliffs to detox their bodies cuz their diet consisted of mainly poisonous berries. i hope all goes well bro.

I have never heard about eating clay, but I do know a guy that just had a syst cut out of his wrist about 2 weeks ago,  he has a decent scar from it.  Is your syst hard to the touch?  his felt like a rock was implanted into his wrist.

My friend had a cyst thingy cut out of his wrist a couple years ago too. Weird stuff.

I had a huge cyst on my wrist, actullay it was 3. It wasn't painful, but sure looked ugly. I had it removed, insurance coverd it.

I am waiting for this stuff to arrive and see how it works. if no good then i'll go see the doctor again and schedule surgery.

Yeah it's hard like a rubber ball under my skin. Sits right at the base of my hand on top of the wrist. I noticed first a few months back when I tried doing push ups and it would feel really sore.
