G50 wheel fitment 19 SSR VIENNA's

hopefully my sportmax thread didn't deter you from entering, however i actually own a set of ssr vienna 19x10+6/ 19x11.5+1.
earlier tonight i tried to fit them w/o tires and i jacked up the rim and what not to see how much camber i would have, how much i would need to pull the fender and how much the rims stuck out (btw its 4 inches) i need to pull the rear fenders 2 inches to leave the poke at 2 inches and i have a couple of other pix in there from droop, stock, considerable right height and maxxed slam/camber. let me know what i need to do right now im bent outta shape (need to smoke some more you know)

Im seriously considering this ride height even tho i think i would like it more slammed, how low do 300zx coilovers go, and the thought of buying tires every couple of months is scaring the hell outta me (puff puff) a'ight never mind

maybe its really late at night here but i think your rims are sticking out way to far for even the most aggressive stretch. And btw how much did you pay for your set of rims. it seems that every setting is rusting away. 

What kind of suspension are you currently running and i definitely  think if you are going to pull this off you shouldnt just pull the fenders but quite possibly cut and add some jp fender addons. my 2 cents. good luck!

stock thats why those wheel aren't goin on till i buy some suspension components, and are you talking about the bolts i think they are gold plated something, what rust? either way, ima make it work regardless i mean i have the wheels aint no use in lettin them go to waste

looks like you got some work ahead of you. good luck. i wouldn't even be thinking of tires right now, you have other stuff to focus on. find out whats available as far as camber upgrades. you're gonna need more tha what you have. then body work. i agree on some type of flare. looks like too much to pull imo. paint and then get them suckers refinished (at this point you'll have too much effort into it to ride oxidized). then get some tires and enjoy the fruits of your labors. stick with it bro.

I give you props for trying this since most people dont push the limits anymore. Just to give you some motivation, I was poking just as much as you were. About 4" front and back

YOu will for a fact need a big pull. Like 1.5" and lots of negative camber. Good luck, hope this motivates you

you think i can pull 2'' w/o looking to awkward hahaha. cuz i want 2'' of poke at the most really. but how low should i go, damn can't wait to get my 300zx coilovers

this is just my opinion but you should go for 0 poke if you're on coilovers. get that sucker flush. to me poke is only acceptable on a car with air ride at or above ride height. once it is layed out it should camber in to flush. widebody had a pull which looked ok, but it looks so much better now with the fender reworked. also i'm not to sure about it on your car because you have that ridge over the wheel arch.

You coilovers are going to SLAM the car! you MIGHT get away with it in the rear by maxing out negative camber but in the front you are going to have your work cut out for you. Not say it's a bad thing just your going to need to do some fender work and camber adjusting.

I was told to try a stiffer spring setup to see if it would support the weight of the vehicle a lil better, but i am just dealing with it since my wheels are not so aggressive and I am looking to sell my setup soon.

true but for 0 poke, i would be running almost what yakotas13 is running, and i aint that crazy, plus i like a little poke and i am plannin on running air in the future, but still... i will see how it turns out

There is nothing wrong with running 18's.  Depends on the car, fender work, how low you drive and or if your running a kit.
 
I think 18's are perfect for the G50 if the driver drives low all the time

19s can be fit on the g50 and 18s own 19s anyday.

my reference to 18s not being favorable imo. unless the right offset and width is selected.

actually if you look at onetonvip's car it is on 19s. and actually 18s can look really great on a q with the pic below you can see it for yourself. that was my old setup.

This is def going to be an interesting fitment to watch get done!

like i said air is going on later on and if i run i may run with poke wont bother me. but i wanna see how this will turn out as well, i may run jp fenders or something i dont have it all planned out yet

Just what I was thinking. Front fitment will be interesting. I think the rears won't be too bad depending how he does the fenders.

I think you should get a new set of wheels and sell these to a certain Y33 owner who needs wheels. *cough*

so what do you plan to do?

Air suspension, but a lot later when college doesn't own me, so z32coils and im pretty sure that will max out completely, s chassis suspension components, and anything else to make it work for now. all that and then i will report back, i wont post once more in this thread until i have coilovers or tires, watch that might end up being a year from now hahahahaha

Quick question, and this picture is just a guestimate, how much contact path would the tire actually have at this height? and also my calculations were wrong because with neg. camber it would be less poke so if i pull the rear fender two inches... well that'll depend on the height of the ride anyways,

that would depend on the size/model orf the tire  but it won't be a whole lot.

i wanna run general exclaim uhp tire or nankangs nsII, im confused i keep getting different opinions on the size which one is narrower cuz i wanna run a wider

Trying to pull the fender 2" will make it look like a duckbill with herpes (to quote OneTon). Dont do it unless you plan on puttying  up and repainting the entire quarter panels!! You dont want to end up looking like a ghetto drift car...

Looking at the pics of G50s with Z32 suspension, you should be getting pretty close to the fender (height wise) with that setup - much closer than that "possible ride height" pic you posted.

As for how much you can get with camber, i think i worked out you can get 4-5mm per degree of camber you add. So thats another thing to think about
