What to do about these headlights...

Well I have been buying some things lately and finally have time to readdress my headlight problem :giggity: 

Anyone have suggestions?  I am thinking about making it a bad boy bonnet or just extending the hood and calling it done.  The bad boy style would add to my j-land/euro VIP project a lot but I'm afraid it might look too "euro rice"...  what do you guys think?  I'll throw up my photochop of the bad boy grill later.

Get rid of them and buy the baller ass G50 lights! :biggthumpup:

I like it, it is very popular in Japan to use euro parts on VIP cars also, so I'm keeping them without a doubt as they are essential to my build.

I agree that using Euro parts is a very vip thing to do... If you can make it look neat then you will have a unique ride!

The badboy hood looks mean, but i'd have to see an overall pic to see how it flows with the car

G50's don't have the right grill for that kinda look. IMHO
I would sell them and get some JDM G50 lights (Type V's)

Let me know what you figure out. I would love to have a grill similar to what you can get for y33's.

94-96 G50 fronts look great the way they are. Its not like "EVERY" other Q45 in the world. Its pretty hard to find in the U.S. I think the G50 lights would look waaaaay cleaner. Standing out is great. I love to stand out as well and show off a car that i worked hard on but I've always got to do things right. Being like everyone else is not fun i agree with you there but you've got to check out your selection/taste on things too. Its like me saying "HEY guys, NO im not gonna paint my car black. Its gonna be like every other G50 in the world so im going to get this custom Poop Brown so it stands out. =). 

BTW: im not bashing on you im just saying. You asked for our opinion. I say get the type V's. They are HOT and clean looking. 

Just my 2cents....Other than that...Good luck bro on what ever you do. Its just what i would do.

Yea I understand what you're saying, I do like the clear headlights like the type v but they just aren't my cup of tea.  I am considering just ditching the whole thing and getting e46 lights since they look like they will fit a lot better.

Yeah something like that. I wonder if some ACTUALLY sells aftermarket grillz!!!!!

the angle at the inside of the headlights doesn't flow at all imo. i'm sure you can pull something off though.
