Has anyone bought parts from gmckey?

wassup with this guy? i bought the junction coilovers for ufc2x and havent got a tracking number for 10 days now... no email reply in over a week... he was so fast to reply back until i paid him and hanevnt heard since then...i dont play games and got no time for it... i wil file to paypal to get a full refund if i have to...

Was his paypal confirmed and was his ebay at a good rating (if he had one)

his paypal was confirmed... a very good one... with over 300+... imma give him couple more days until i report it..

wow thats very good. sounds like hes a business seller. maybe he is just busy, because a lot of times when i buy through ebay these guys dont email back, they just send you the stuff without know, and one day it just gets there.

does he have a vip car or post on here? he might just be here to do business and sell.

I've dealt with that same guy on Zilvia.net. I bought a pair of S14 kouki fenders and sent him payment right away. After I sent him the money, his responses to my emails took him longer than it did before. He said that he was busy with work, but I found him actively posting on another forum and called him out on it. Even after that, he didn't wanna respond back to me. I filed a complaint on paypal and ended up getting my money back.

wrong section to post this in, i moved it and it will remain open for now..... but please watch what is said in here and no arguing or personal attacks. only facts.

File a complaint through paypal before it is too late.

I dont know this guy but give it another few days. Labeling him a scammer is a bit premature at this point. We all get busy in life and u have to remember you're not dealing with a shop. 
 
No contact at 2 weeks should raise sum concerns. He can atleast email and let u know whats going on.

you have 45 days to complain via paypal...i would do it asap so they will freeze his account.  that should help him speed up the shipping lol..

Again, yeah, the paypal, but also notify your CC company (if you used a CC, even your visa check card) and let them know what's going on. That way they can start investigating or whatever about the chargeback.

okay so i just opened up a case with paypal yesterday.... i'll let u guys know on the updates asap that way we cant misjudge gmckey...

it really sucks to constantly hear about honest, hard working people constantly getting ripped off by shady, thieving characters.

yea... still no reply... my tires came in today and im not even hyped anymore to get them mounted... sucks...

I went and shut down his other 'for sale' thread until this transaction gets resolved.

How did I miss that....in his profile under "Groups"  he put "Speed Society" which he is a member of.

well i didnt get the coilovers yet but i did finally get a reply today from him through email... he said some shit happened i guess with his personal life thats why it hasnt been shipped... he say he shipped it dhl and should be here next wednesday....  im just crossing my fingers at this point..

he seems to sell alot of stuff...I have a feeling he works or knows someone at a shop down there to be selling so many parts.

Qclass (Jimmy) is right. Always buy from a trusted and proven source. This is why we stress people to buy from our Authorized VSC Vendors. Not only will you be supporting us but these are businesses that have an actual shop location. Please keep me updated. I am sending this guy an email.

yeah, it's been taken care of. Shipped along with the puddle lights I never put on the car.

PS: myspace hasn't been updated in at least a year

and FYI, it was never a scam. I use the same SN everywhere because I don't have anything to hide. I never have scammed anyone and don't intend to do so now. flexinsteelz can update with pics/feedback just to clear the air if he decides to.

alrite.. finallly the coils came in today.... thanks everyone for there help and support.... 3 weeks later is better than nothing i guess... but thanks gmckey for coming through... and thanks expecially to driftgirl for keeping up my head up through this whole deal...... feels good now..
