help with tire size

i just ordered some mrr hr3's in 20s. 8.5f and 9.5r. my y33 is lowered on teins temporarily right now. what size tires should i get with a moderate stretch. im planning on running spacers too. 20mm in front and 30mm in back. the offset are 35f and 45 rear. any advice would be GREATLY appreciated. and would i have to roll/pull fenders?

the moderate stretch calls for 225/35/20 in front and 235/35/20 rear. again this is a moderate stretch. and yes you will need spacers however i wouldnt buy the pacers until you get a test fitment. good luck i cant wait to see them on.. i love those rims.
