I have it in white. Did it myself and I think it came out pretty well for someone with no knowledge on car interior/upholstery. A couple mess ups but nothing major really.

I'll try and get pics. Black is friggin hot though.

I'll try to grab some pictures of mine later on today. It's not hard to do by any means, just take your time and get it right.

I know it's not black but its suede!! :)

Here is my headliner and all pillars done in my JZS147 in Graphite. I know, I know I need to get a suede brush and have it all going in the same direction. This was taken about 20 minutes after I got everything put back together.

Where is everyone sourcing the suede. I'm really interested in doing this but need some leads on the best place to pick up some suede.

You picked up real suede at JoAnne Fabrics or ultra/microfiber/good quality suede "like" fabric at JoAnnes.

I know where to get suede Like stuff. I'm looking for real stuff, or is everyone doing suede like.

The real stuff is too impractical. The faux stuff is washable and easier to work with.

looks really good, how hard is it to DIY ? is it just buying the material, taking off the headliner and laying it? LMK

Faux suede. As stated above, real suede is kind of impractical, but I have seen nice installs with it. Real suede stretches much better than the faux stuff, but it costs a lot more.

@ffgarage: Basically. I stripped old fabric off my headliner, applied adhesive as directed on can, applied fabric, let cure for a day or so, then installed.
