biggest width and smallest Offset for F50

What have you guys run on a F50 with stock camber unrolled fenders?
 
I've run 
 
19x9.5 +22 w/ 275/35 rear with just a hairline Rub in the back
20x10 +36 w/ 285/30 with Almost no rub unless really bottoming out.
 
I want to run 19x10.5 +20 w/ 255 tire in rear.  Rolled fenders, you think it'll rub.  I'm thinking the fenders rolled should give me .5 of an inch more room.

Yo you should hit up Blitz or better yet WIDEBODY Q! or I'm sure they'll chime in, in a few!

i've seen Widebody Q's F50,  He has some wide wheels on there but I think he's pulled his front/rear fenders a bit to get those guys to fit.

I fit 20x8.5 +30 up front with a 225/35/20 tire and it was sunken
 
In the rear I had a 20x10 +32 with a 245/35/20 with cut fenders lips.  It rubbed when I had people in the back but other wise, it was ok and was flush with a 2" drop.

my last rims I think I had in the rear 19x10 +36 and one side barely kissed the fender.   Made noise only on one side if I hit a bump hard or turned in which ever direction it was.   I think I had 255 size tires in the rear but it could have been 265...I don't remember.   It will rub for sure but since you are rolling fenders maybe not.   It'll be close.

Right now I'm still waiting to put on my rims

Blitz,  I'm Running some Rays A/X right now 19x10 +36 w/ 275/35/19 and It looks like it can run a 285 without any issues.  maybe even a 19x10.5 +36.     I've also run a 20x10 +37 285/30 before and it was just a light light touch on hard places when the car really bottomed out.
 
Now on the setup you have above,  I had a similar situation with some R H wheels I got from a 350Z .  19x10.5 +18 and it looked like it was beyond the fender like yours is.    How do you get past this?  Cut the fender?  I guess rolling ain't gonna cut it.

Welcome to wheel fitment 101... In order to fit wide wheels you have 3 techniques you can use:

1. Fender work. You seem to know about this one, it can involve rolling/cutting fenders (at an absolute minimum), pulling the fenders, or flares/widebody. Without rolling fenders you arent going to get good fitment, its just an impossibility.
2. Camber. Adding extra camber brings the top of the wheel in, so that you can fit wider rims/lower offsets. Also, the greater the angle of the wheel, the closer it will match the inner fender.
3. Stretched tyres. 275 and 285 tyres are just insanely wide for a 10" rim... Have a look at some pics of vip cars - notice how the tyres are stretched on the rim? This isnt just for looks, it gives you the ability to have the rim come within milimeters of the fender, yet the tyre doesnt touch

Now let me explain with a couple of pics:

Then with aftermarket camber arms, stretched tyres i made it sit like this:

When the suspension compresses, it tucks in by about 3mm so it doesnt rub at all

you should see what kind of offset and width widebodyQ is running.  crazy!

Allright, so I took a gamble with some 20x10.5 Auto Coutures and it worked out great. 
 
With a 295/30/20 tire no rubbing. 
 
 
now WidebodyQ or some of you other guys, tell me what kinda drop I can expect from Swift springs. Do I need to cop the swift some more to get the perfect drop and how will my ride quality be?

Why do you need such fat rubber?

The offset is actually in the mid 30z according to Auto Couture   35.5 i think the rep said.

The swift springs will not give you much of a drop.  The ride quality didnt change at all when I went from stock to swift.  When they settle, you will get about 1" up front and just about the same in the rear.  When you do get the swift springs, you will ask yourself why you even waited your money and time installing them.  Just my honest opinion since I been down that road twice with different springs.  You should really just wait and get some coilovers from Japan.  Good luck :biggthumpup:

Why the 295?  You'll never get good fitment with such a big tire on 10.5.

Like Q said just get coilovers or air and do it right the first time.

Widebody,  The 1" rear should give me zero gap in the rear,  What if I cut 1/2 a coil in the front on the swift, I just want it to be flush, not actually under the fenders.   I remember you had some cut swifts in the past,  you have any pics of the car with those on?

No I never cut my springs before. Swift has one less coil to begin with to save weight. Im not sure how the ride would be with cut swift springs. I had insurance springs which gave me a 2" drop at one point. 
 
Judging by the pictures and my experience with springs and 20" wheels, If you want the top of your tire to be leval with the fender, I would say you have 2" of drop to go in the rear and 3" up front

Man, I'm waiting for warranty run run out on my car in the next 2 years and then I'll be getting another car so I don't want to make any crazy changes like coilovers and such.  
 
I had a 02 befoer this one and I cut the stock springs by 1 coil and it didn't make a whole lotta difference but maybe 1 inch.

I hear you but you could take the coilovers off and resell them for atleast half of what you paid for them

F50 Running 20x11 w/ 245/35 Rear & 20x10 w/ 225/35 Front; I forgot the offsets.

No rub issues; air suspension & rolled fenders.  

Aired down the fender sits about 1-2mm from the rim.

widebody or blitz,  when you guys had the swifts installed, did the spring fit tight with the strut fully extended or is it loose and only gets tight when the weight of the car is on it?
