More wheel fitment questions

I have an '02 GS300 and am contemplating whether or not to buy these wheels that I adore. Now, I am looking to go with either Tein Flex or HKS Hipermax coilovers. With a fairly decent ride height, what do you think will have to be done to make these fit? We have a fender roller but I really don't want to pull the fenders but I know I will have to shave them. I am still new to this but would like everyone's thoughts and opinions on what to do here.These are the wheel/tire specs. 

F - 20x9.5 +15?, Falken 452 - 245/30/20
R - 20x10.5 +15?, Falken 452 - 275/30/20

What do you guys think?

stretch those tires...camber those arms...and roll that lip (don't shave)...then you may have a chance...
 
get the hypermax coils...

With those given widths and offsets, those lip sizes are exaggerated.
 
The front would be like 3.5" and the rear would be like 4.5"  Unless the face sticks way out and that would give you 2" of fake lip.

Hmmmm.... well, I just talked to the guy selling these wheels about that and he said that the offset is close to +15 all around, meaning it's not +15. Apparently he does not like giving wheel specs so I am pretty sure the offset should be a tad bit lower. I think I might need to test fit these suckers?

Thanks for clearing that up or I would be researching fitment for the wrong size wheels, lol.

6.5 " lip is way too off for that width and offset wheels.

I think I will just assume they are +15 all around, lol. I think I am going to buy them. Both ways I am going to need some decent modifications to make these fit nicely because they are pretty aggressive.

slight pull (which will hapeen if you roll plenty) should do the trick...
