mista808's WORST WEEK EVER

well im on vacation here in vegas since last wednesday. the tuesday before i left, the battery in my truck took a shit, so now when i get back, i gotta get a new battery for that. 
 
so im here in vegas, and on friday my brother calls me up an tells me that my lexus (the one with the body kit, mufflers, etc) got hit outside in front of my house... im like F*$K!!! he said that it was the neighbors niece that hit it, clipped the left front portion of the bumper, cracked the kit, bodyfiller cracked off, corner lamp popped out... from the sound of it its not too bad, but to my neighbors it looks worst than that. so my brother askes me what i wanna do, oh yeah, she has doesnt even have a drivers license. so he tells them that he emailed me the pictures and that it looks like itll cost about $800 to fix, theyre cool with that.... they write a check out to me for $800 so i just gotta fix that when i get back....
 
now its monday morning, one of my brothers is driving my other lexus and he calls me up, leaves a message asking me if the battery light, check engine light, all the lights in the cluster are supposed to be one... im like FU*k!!, when i hear that... on his way to work, using my car, it dies out on him, he goes home and gets another battery, drives for a while and dies out on him again... just from him telling me the symptoms, the alternator took a sh!t... 
 
all three of my rides are down, im the only one in m family that really works on cars... im 5 FU&K!NG thousand miles away and i cant do anything... also too, i dont come back for another week. best week of my life...
 
new battery, $150, new alternator, about $200, rebodyworking my car dont even know how much. sorry guys just had to vent a bit.... i just keep telling myself that nothing thats broken cant be fixed. i can fix all of theses problems, itll just take some time an money.... and i dont even know how much money i already lost here in vegas...
 
sitting at the airport right now waiting to fly out to SF... shoots.....

Man, that sucks.
Hopefully you have a safe flight home, so you can take care of all that shit.

Definitely not your week bro sorry to hear all of this it'll be all good though like you said its just time and money we all wish we had more of both but in most cases we do what we can...chillax and enjoy the rest of your vacation it'll be over before you know it.

Just live it up in Vegas, don't worry about shit. You are on vacation 5k miles away. Don't let it stress you man, or else you won't have fun on your vacation. 
 
Just get drunk and walk around on the strip, beware though, it smells kinda funky. 
 
Hit up old vegas, they've got some nice cheaper restaraunts. 
 
Circus Circus has some BOMB ass prime rib dinners, its like 11.99 or 14.99 for a BIG piece of prime rib. It's a deal for sure.

Damn...blows goats.  Yah man, just enjoy Vegas, there's nothing you can do right now, so might as well have fun!

thanks guys, already tried my luck in vegas for the last week. won maybe $5. im not very good at gambling. but yeah im trying to forget about it for now. im currently in san fran, gonna drive up to lake tahoe for some snow boarding, hopefully that will help clear my mind.... 
 
i wouldnt mind making some moves out to vegas, everything is so much cheaper here than hawaii. i mean, cost of living that is.... anyways......

if youre up $5 youre ahead of the game.  i hate vegas. cant wait to be there on the 16th...haha

keeps getting better, sprained my ankle today walking out the front door.... REALLY hurts to even try to walk.... god, what next....? hurt super bad, gotta stay off it for the next few days, guess no snow boarding....

well, back from lake tahoe, cell phone broke on thursday.... damn imma have a field day when i get home, vacation credit card fees, car parts,and a new cell phone... i thought this was supposed to be a vacation..... lol

damn I haven't taken one is 6 years ... whats a vacation  ? 

Well I have 3 cars down at once and 2 others I couldn't use because the reg was expired .. 

Good luck getting life back in order ! Just some time mostly ... and then money

well, JUST got home and took a look at the damages... not too bad, but i still gotta fix it. my neighbor came out while i was looking at my car and told me the whole story. he saw a car trying to make a u turn and clipped the left front of my front end (damn near missed my rim but a few inches.....) car drove off as my neighbor ran down and tried to flag them down. then he sees 2 girls walking down the side walk and put 2 and 2 together.... she was actually my neighbors niece. she said she was looking for parking but there is SO MUCH parking up and down my street, she was just scared... but he went on and on, he asked for me to cut him some slack on the price i told him to fix my car... i was like, WTF? she doesnt have a drivers license, and she was driving.... i told him ill see what i can salvage... front head light cracked so 1pc headlights it is.... bumpers cracked in like 3 different places, bodyfiller cracked off. ill get some pics when i can....

damn dude that really sucks, atleast the damage isnt too bad.  I was just in Vegas the same time you were, 3/1-3/10.

i just got back from tahoe and vegas myself!!!! haha shitty snowboarding conditions when i was there...
