what the hell is it? it's too high off the ground...wheels are too small. Rims are definitely not VIP. so NO!

That thing is old school, i remember when we had one back in the days. That shit was manual & it hauled ass. And everytime we made a turn on a corner it felt like it was gonna tip over.
