Differences between 2003/2004 M45?

I did a lot of searching and google searching. I cant find what the differences are. Are there any differences at all between the years?

The Y34 M45 are pretty much the same as there were only the 2 years of production. Only differences were options such as navigation.

04 has cd changer indash...cassette player in glove box

luxury cars offer cassette players.
thats one thing i think that defines a classy luxury car sorta.

notice how civics and crap dont have tape players. im sure its becuase the car markets to the senior age group that still has tapes.

personally, i love tape.

the 03 Y34 has a white Nav. back ground and the 04 has black.

also the tip of the key is different. that and the tape thing is all i could find that was different

 The navigation is the same thing.  Thats only a feature that works at night when you dim the interior lights.
