Need pics of GS with mercedes hood

I was trying to find the pic of the red GS with the Mercedes hood on it, anyone know which thread its in? Thanks

It's not a Mercedes hood.  The hood is made by IMC, but they are no longer (one of my posts from before):

Thanks alot for the pic. But it would be possible to make a mercedes hood fit like that right?

Its not as easy as just putting a Benz hood on your car. Expect the shop to do lots of cutting and/or welding but anything is possible with the right shop and $$$$

Is it a complete hood your looking for or just the vents that make it look like a MBZ hood?  Im sure u can get those from a dealer or a junk yard and get your local body shop to put them in.

anyone know if those are rieger vents? or are they from mb? and if theyre mb, are they sl grilles or what?

if those are real MB parts, thats gonna be one expensive hood after its all said and done, lol. :biggthumpup:

SL is a $100,000 car when new.  I could imagine a used hood being more then a new GS hood

theyre on ebay too

if you want the round headlight section get the veilside hood, slap on the merc grilles, and get the mercedes GS grille to fit.  all that shouldnt be more than $800
