High Mile F50?

Hey guys, I am looking to sell my Y33 as some of you may know.  If I can't sell it within 3 weeks i'm just going to keep it.   I have a guy interested in it who has a 2002 F50 Q45 with 140k on it.  

What I want to know is how reliable are these cars at that high of mileage?  I want to be able to drive it for a bit atleast!  He also wants me to add...how much do you think is fair?  My Y33 has 98k on it right now.  Can anyone chime in?  

All the maintenance has been done on the F50 and everything like that.  It's black with ivory interior.

wow, 140k is a crap ton. How much is he asking? I personally don't own a F50 but I highly suggest you go over to Nicoclub and ask. The most I know about F50's is the oil consumption problem due to the valves not seating right, but I do believe there was a recall on that. Other than that I doubt F50's have problems that don't apply to other cars.
