Waaay too wide and way too low offset. Those wheel specs are commonly seen on those oldschool vip rides with 10cm flares each side

Edit: thought you were asking about the wheels!! lol
Safe widths/offsets would be 9" and 10" with +25 offset. That should fit with natural camber and rolled guards/stretched tyres. You can probably go a bit lower offset than that, but you would need to wait a UCF20 owner to chime in

note: tire references are to 19" tires
to clear w/o roll is 9" and at least 30 offset on stretch tire (225/35 and under), 9.5" and at least 35 offset on stretch tire (235/35, may need to go lower, and under)
to clear w roll is 9" and at least 15 offset on stretch tire (225/35 and under), 10" and at least 15 offset on stretch tire (255/35, 265/30 and under)
my rear is 9"+27 w 235/35 and i have 1/2 inch from rim touching the fender w/o roll when dumped. the tire itself clear by millimeters. done w/natural camber from stock suspension and wheel allignment

So will 10 inch with +5 on the rears fit with a minor pull on the fenders?

yes, but you need to sort out your tire size or else tire will rub. 255/35 245/35 or something
i think all ucf10/20 owners should follow my guideline. it saves the headache

Depends on height, camber, and tire size.

Thanks man, I need to do a lil more research. I have a 99 LS and want something as agressive as possible withou it being too crazy 20s preferably but 19s are ok. I dont mind pulling the fenders when ever the car gets painted and rolling them for sure, a little camber wont hurt but it is for daily driving so cant go too crazy. The car will be in on air before the wheels go on to. What you think?
