I dont know what to say. the front looks weird & the rear... but it looks HUGE & roomy as hell. I wander if Infiniti would really come out with a new Q model.
it kinda looks like those new wacky camry or avalon? not really feeling it.
they are coming out with a new Q. http://www.imakenews.com/infinitiscottsdale/e_article000962183.cfm?x=bbHbJwh,b788W6http://www.imakenews.com/infinitiscottsdale/e_article000962183.cfm?x=bbHbJwh,b788W6rhrh
that ish is nasty. hey, at least the F50 will go down and everyone can buy one. yay!!!
it looks kind of weak now, but i'm sure once some am parts come out it will be all good. kinda has the same look as most new luxury cars. i've said it before and i'll say it again, some of the newer infinitis (f50 and y34) are butt ugly to me until you put some work into them at which point they transform into some of the sexiest cars out. suicide doors ftw.
Im glad they are bringing it back. I hope this model can keep its resale value unlike the Y33 and F50
Got this from CL, here's the twisted part. "Also, it will not be called the Q because of the poor history and sales of that name. It will go by a different name. Infiniti wants to create a new image for buyers of this car. " So, it's not a Q . . .
I figured that :( So now I dont have to force myself to like it :smiley-rofl: Will it still be a cima in japan?
Looks like a 07 camary with a lil touch of infiniti curves..

This isnt' gonna be a Q. It's a Concept model of a Nissan Intima, a very big Nissan. :pat: The internet is very deceiving.
wow..looks good to me...looks like nissan borrowed allot of lines from the mercedes
wow..looks good to me...looks like nissan borrowed allot of lines from the mercedes
im kinda in the middle with this one. but i have to say japan's always been stealing styling que's from mercedes or other euro's. i thought they where going to try and go a different direction. none the less it looks pretty good.

I'm in the middle with this one also. It looks good but I personally recognized an Avalon/CLS500 resemblance the moment I saw it.
We all know Nissan/Infiniti by now, the car will look different when it is actually ready for production. I'm just glad they are working on a flagship again.
More of a reason to stick to the older generations.

i saw some more pics of the prototype and they are 180* doors. definitely won't make it into production.
I like the suicide doors. Other then that...not a fan.
the back looks like an 07 civic cpe.... and the frt looks like the celica and solara mix
wasn't this supposed to be the next gen Maxima concept?

Hello Camary Solara.....
the futuristic styling that all manufacturers seem to be going with is ugly in general imo. they are loosing their identity and even worse, i dont find them appealing at all. The photoshop helped somewhat but not enough for me to like it... we'll see what the am has up its sleave though. Hopefully it is revamped a lot before production

It's 2008, u think they will keep making cars the old, boxed out way ? the fact is, the majority want the updated look. widebody_q wrote: "Im glad they are bringing it back. I hope this model can keep its resale value unlike the Y33 and F50" I don't think anything can help Nissan/Infiniti there. For some reason once you drive them off the lot they are worthless in re-sale value. Toyota/Lexus have great re-sale value.....what is that all about? Not feeling this new design.........but then again not a big fan of many of Nissans' new styling. Take for instance the GTR........what were they thinking? It is hard to beat the classic designs......oldies but most definately goodies! Sukoshiyoshi

you can only sedan in so many ways. I like the Q design, it just looks like a bigger version of the current m45.
heh. Camry + Mercedes + Civic Coupe
put some bigger wheels on it and radius it.
s**t i'm just now feelin the ls460.
X2. I wasnt feeling the new LS at all until a couple of months ago. The rear 3/4 angle is what got me to really appreciate it. Lots of people hated the F50 when it came out because its not the traditional boxy VIP car etc. It just took people time to get used to.
put some bigger wheels on it and radius it.
Not like anyone would do that to it. You got to cut up the doors and interior. God knows how many sensors and gadgets are in those doors
nice PS Zion, that thing looks sick.
Nice 3rd Gen GS!

The extended wheelbase is the only way that car should come IMO and I think the same way about my 740iL too. Seeing a 740i just looks weird to me. As for the concept pics I like the 4 buckets and the rear doors but the overhead shot makes it look like the designer was inspired by a tadpole. The way the rear gets skinnier is really weird.
