Yahoo japan help

I was on here not to long ago and saw that there was a vendor that would get parts from yahoo japan or upgarage for a fee, but I can't seem to find them again. I have been searching. If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated. I found some wheels on yahoo japan that I want to buy but I can't find this companies info.

Yep!  Anceltion coilovers for my KA9 :)   Brand new, full tap, 15 way dampening adjustable.   110,000 yen on clearance because Anceltion is going under.
