[CENTER][SIZE=3]My Plans for the LS400 will not be Agressive. I will start with Air Suspension and a Nice set of Low Offset Rims Under Rolled Fenders. Then After I have Saved [/SIZE]
[SIZE=3]Up for a Kit, Well, Im Undecided on a Kit Now- Im Thinking Maybe Junction Produce or Fabulous maybe something More Mild.[/SIZE][/CENTER]
 
[CENTER][SIZE=3]When I Decide on the Kit. I will Use that Company as a Template and Only Collect Parts from One Company as the Car will be a Pacific Theme(etc~ Fabulous LS400). [/SIZE][/CENTER]

I have to set a Plan for Myself cause Im Known to Waste Money, I dont want to do that cause when I Waste Money, I Lose Focus, then the Project Doesnt Complete Correctly. 
 
Having a Plan and Time Line is Good for me because I stay Focused and Buy what is Needed Instead of what I Want. This Helps me Save Money for those Top of the Line Parts that are Hard to Come By...

Just So I will Know What to Look For at the Point of Purchase. I have Lined Up (4) Diffrent LS400s all Priced Under $6,000.

I'm at the Point of Purchase, This is Always the Hardest Part of a Build because If I Screw this Up and Waste Money on a Heap/Lemon then there will be Much money Spent on [SIZE=3]Maintenance to get the Car Back to Factory Spec. [/SIZE]

Welcome... but you know that high offset = sunken fitment? Low offset is for flush fitment :biggthumpup:

Yes, You are Correct. (I do Need to Study Offset for Toyota More).
I think Im Looking for a Suken Fitment. but a Low Offset would be Better.

Im Basically Looking for a Clean Factory Look w/ Rims at First ([B][I]Like Pictured Below[/I][/B]) until I Decide on a Kit. When I get the Kit I will UP*Grade to a Very Low Offset/ - Cambered /Rims that Flow Evenly/ Flush with the Kit... Trust Me When Im done with the Wheel Fitment after Kit I should Hopefully Run through a Set of Tires Every 4000 miles...

The V8 engine is world-class. With 250 horsepower this engine will accelerate the car from a standing start to 60 MPH in 7.9 seconds with a sound that is akin to ripping silk. This car is quieter at full throttle then most cars are at light cruising speed. The transmission is a perfect match for the engine. At light throttle acceleration, the only way you will know when the transmission shifts is by watching the tach needle. It’s that smooth.  A 4 liter V8, is not a very large engine for a luxury car.  Lexus kept the size down in order to keep the gas mileage up and avoid the gas guzzler tax.  Other cars in its class like the Infiniti Q45 couldn't make that claim.  The disadvantage to a smaller engine is that it lacks sharp throttle response.  Tap the throttle to move up into the traffic flow with an Infiniti Q45 with its 4.6 liter engine and it goes right now.  With Lexus, you sometimes have a slight lag while the transmission smoothly shifts down before it takes off like a silent rocket.   But, for conservative driving and an occasional blast onto the Interstate on-ramp, the Lexus LS400 can't be beat.
Cruising down the highway, this is one of the quietest cars on the road, right up to its 150 MPH top speed. (No, I didn't test Lexus’ top-speed claim for this car.) If it can reach that speed, then you know the engine is loafing at all realistic speeds. On the other side of the coin, this car needs premium fuel and the gas mileage is on the low end of acceptable at an EPA rating of 18 MPG city and 23 highway.

Yea I Really had to Search for Black Interior in Excelent Condition. 
I walked away from other cars before this purchase because of Smoking
and Small Rips and Creases in Leather.
