19" DUBS GS300

Someone has these on there GS300 and I can get all 4 for 400 with tires. One is scuffed a bit. This guys is desperate to sell it and its been on sale for over 6months.

this is what it looks on the GS300. someone else's Gs300 NOT mine.

Honestly, id rather rock stock wheels. But if you like it, go for it. No, not even remotely vip.

brand is dubs. yet they are 19s.. lol

alrighty.. yeah im going VIP.. other people who DO NOT have the Vip platform want to be VIP and make it [U]Vip Style[/U].... I have a VIP platform why ruin it?

Wow. Those DUB Shorelines definitely don't look like 19s. And that car does not scream VIP.

If i'm gonna get wheels for my Gs300 what size would look the best?

19's are perfect on the GS, just not these. Take a look in the photo gallery at the official gs/aristo thread. Look at the rims there, then compare to this. You'll get an idea of what looks good to you, then go out and get those rims!

18s-20s work. its all about fitment and drop. look through the wheel and tire section, photo gallery, toyota/lexus forum. you should get an idea from all that.

I just looked at few. I like the dish wheels. Or the clean 5 spolks.

Im sure brand of the Rims matters right? name me bunch of affordable rim companies

If you are looking for affordable, you can always look at used rims. Sure they may not be BRAND NEW, but they are usually in great condition.
 
most rims will run you about 1200-1800 with/without tires. 
 
Look at our vendors section for used rims, even our wheels classifieds. 
 
Brands are typical JDM wheel brands.
 
Work, SSR, AME, FABULOUS, Junction Produce (will not run anywhere under 2500 for used...from what i've seen sold on here) are all just to name a few rim companies.

if you want some advice, i would get the suspension worked out first. springs, coils, bags, or hydro. fender mods... u ready to do some rolling or shaving?

No offense but, you'd have to pay me $500 dollars to take them off your hands. I mean there's ugly, and then there's UG-LEE!

if i was you just save your money and get what u want......make your car...YOUR car check out some pics but at the end of the day you got to be happy with it........not a bad price for some wheels and tires...

Get them IF YOU want them. They're at a good price, If you don't like them you can always sell them off, and I'm sure with the right drop and camber they will look great on your GS.

In the pic you show, that car is riding 4x4 status with those bad boys straight up. It looks like they've got at least a bit of dish on them.

Remember, it's about what YOU like, because at the end of the day, YOU are the one who spent the money on the car. Sure those rims would be considered by some more EXE than VIP, though truly, it's up to you. If you have the Platform and the stance, even stock rims are great like someone mentioned. You will not know unless you try.

Plus, I've seen more gaudy wheels on "VIP" cars that are rolling around in Japan. (Of course, they were all for sale...but they were on the road at one point)

there are times when you must ask for advice and then see if what you are about to spend your hard earned money on will be somethign you will be happy with in like let's say 6 months. Many of us here have been through more wheels than McDonald's has been through 16 yr old pimply faced employees....... we know the mistakes we've made and in giving you advice we are also trying to save you from those same mistakes.... we try to think of everyone here as family and friends at the least..... so we wouldn't want you to mess up like we did so we look out for you trust on that one. :shrug:

how good a shape are the tires in? everyone knows 19 tires aren't cheap. if the tires are good, id buy take of the tires and then sell the wheels for like 200 or 300.

not really feeling those wheels. save up and get the wheels you really like.
