There's actually a huge following for them, magazines and all.  And no, definitely NOT vip.  Some of them have airsus and other items you'd never imagine on a big scooter.

One of the best ones I have seen in Taibei. Sorry about the bad pic. A ton more mild than the ones you just posted. But people in Taibei do some crazy driving. Here this scooter is more on the wild side.

those stretched out ones are fly. i wouldnt hate mdded mopeds that much if they werent really loud and looked more like these! some 2 wheel eye candy.
