06/21 HIN - Elmont, NY

I never did a car show before, this will be my debut (hopefully). I have a whole new look in the works for my car. I plan to roll out with my TSV crew. Anyone who wants to come and hang out is welcomed. Its going to be alot of fun :biggthumpup:

We'll be there.  Not sure if i'm bringing the M45 or my Lexus.

Me and Mr. Exe were planning on going, but we've got your rides under construction again so I doubt we will be able to make it this year.  Hopefully next year we will see ya there.

Yea it was bs that agim (WIDEBODY~Q) lost because he lacked a system in the trunk. His body work alone cost more than others with a system and some ricer bodykit. Eh maybe next year the judges will be more familiar with the style up here.

System and because I didnt pop the hood.  I don't mod my car to impress judges or anyone else so im not sweating it.  I was talking alot of trash to the judge, too much alcohol in my system lol.
 
To show u how stupid these judges are, they thought Max's RL was an Accord even though the licence plate says RL on it lol.  They will never see my car at HIN again.  Lots of politics.

All Jokes aside I was real pissed at the show when I heard that.  I was even in the judges ear telling him the prices of the parts of your car and how exclusive it is hoping maybe that would get him to respect it.

It isn't about just how much money you spend on a car, its usually about the all around on a car for HIN. How well everything flows. Remember you are not just scored on appearance, its about ICE, Performance, etc...

Also car showing judging isn't technical, its also skewed by the judges taste. Likewise many may think your car is nice, but many will think its not also.

True...case in point.  If you're competing in the Infiniti class and you go up against a nicely kitted and dropped G35 coupe twin turbo with custom interior, custom guages, and full audio setup.  Since the G will get points for engine bay, performance, and ICE, he'll end up with more points.  Since the standings are based on points, the G wins.  Plain and simple.  What some show goers don't realize, it's a matter of overall execution from the engine bay to the trunk.  Total points wins.
 
And yes, judging is skewed....and many times biased.  Not much we can do about that....:giggity:

Damn... good point Mark... So how the hell did Max and Myself lose to a TSX with only a Mugen kit and one piece wheels???

Don't sweat it, every other show with the same cars competing against you feels differently so we already know what the verdict it.
