Matrix VIP? Possible?

Forum image

Replacing the wheels with maybe Work Eurolines or something and putting ES300 chrome door handles/mirrors, can a VIP look be pulled off?

NOPE, VIP not found. It will be more of a wagonist style. Your car isnt rear wheel drive, nor is it luxurious in any way. Look to VIP for influence as far as wheel fitment and stance is concered, thats as close to VIP as this car is going to get. :thumb: Good luck on your build

vip influenced that's for sure. nothing wrong with that though. if u're looking for props for being original, you won't find any here. but its ur ride, so do what you want. u don't need other peeps approval. but yeah, ask the wagon/van people for advice as far as fitment and style.

lol @ 1 post then runs away crying. It's not like you can't continue to post to get wagonist ideas, it just won't be a VIP vehicle.

Fuck my life.

No.
No it can't.

Why can't you be happy with having a nice car?

If you want people to say your car is Vip, why don't you buy something that even remotely resembles a Vip car?

You've been here since 2006 and haven't read ANY of the stickies, that's totally unacceptable, imo.

Remember when we used to tell you that? :smiley-rofl:

At least your car has some vip wheels now lol.

Then again, you didn't come on here asking about what would make your car VIP, you just decided to put some flush wheels and slam the bitch.

Well Im going to go against the grain and say go for it. Why would an xB/xA/Fit or similar car be any different? Those you can flip VIP style (yes... I know... not "real" VIP) so a Matrix wouldnt be far off. Id say stick to a traditional wheel design from the Euroline linup (DH perhaps) as it will help solidify the look. Worst that happens, youll have a VIP "inspired" ride with many qualities of VIP cars such as great fitment and a classy design. Make sure you go with an aggressive fitment and slam it low. If you come back on and shoot me some front end 3/4 shots Ill throw together some photoshops for you. You do it right, you will turn some heads and change some opinions. Sean from JDMPalace and Dajap did that with their respective xBs that so many of the elistist 4 door lovers (not aimed at any of you people who have posted) had shamed and said "No xBs cant even come close" For the OG poster, just do something right and change some opinions and show people what's up.

i don't think the op is the owner of the car. but on the pic it shows what a good wheel fitment could do versus the car next to it.
