Weds Kranze Rapier with Eventer Centercaps (only for the crazies)

Looking at the pics again reminded me of how much I like these wheels.. but then that's exactly the problem: I haven't even looked at them in months, so it's best to get them out of storage and off to someone who will love them, too.

Some of you may remember these from like 5 years back... nothing's changed except:
- the front wheels do not have tires on them
- the rear wheels have tires...but I don't even remember what I put on there anymore, but I believe they were 275s...
- there is a slight scratch on the face of one of the rear wheels (tire mounter slipped)

Front: 19"x10.5", -26mm, 5x114.3mm, hi disk...5.5" lip
Rear: 19"x12", -45mm, 5x114.3mm, hi disk...7" lip

these are the tires on the rear wheels now...put on about 1.5 years ago, and driven maybe...30 miles or so:

this is the eventer center cap...it is weighted on a bearing and stays upright during wheel rotation...a very rare option that cost a couple hundred when new, and thus, was not a very big seller:

That's exactly why I realized I should sell them...I paid like.. what... almost 700 bucks to get the wheels back, and then just leave everything in storage. I've gotta learn to stop wasting money like that.. still for sale.

Yup... in a way, it's a play on words. That helps people remember the name, too. It's all about marketing...!
And the wheels are still avl. They will NOT fit on any car without some serious work. Nothing that's impossible though...

damn 4 g's is outa my price range. i'd love to cram these on my xb. only 2in wider thatn what im doin right now.

The width isn't too bad, but it's the offset that kills the wheel's chances of fitting on anything w/o some work... it's about 3.2"+ more than what would comfortably fit on a rwd nissan/infiniti. But in the grand scheme of things, if someone were to do flares anyways, that's not that big a number. But then, relatively speaking, compared to most any other wheel, it IS a pretty big number.

I am actually considering selling the S13 conv also... on the condition that the buyer agrees to build it up how I am intending to build it up now... in return I guarantee they still end up with a unique ride that will POP, become one of those cars people save pics of for their desktops, and inevitably will also give them major ROI if/when they sell it... as with all the other 240s I've put together. So either I keep building it at my super snail pace and sell it for a lot later, or someone buys it now for cheap, builds it according to my vision, and profits off all that when done ... you interested?   :)

Interestingly enough, a guy who bought some stuff from me like 3 years ago (and asked about the weds then) still had my number, and called me out of the blue asking about the wheels... if he gets them I think he might end up with one of the coolest _______ around....!

Sorry haven't been on here in a while. I really would rather just get them out of the way. Gonna try and clear some more parts and a car out of one of my storage spaces, and gotta get rid of another car soon after... it's a purging of sorts to make room for other stuff later. How about you get the wheels, keep the eventer caps, and then turn around and sell the wheels with your caps on them for a profit to someone on the islands?  :)

Naw I ain't got 4G's laying around....and that doesn't even include Shipping.....shipping is going to cost an arm and a leg being that its got rubbers.  Don't think that there is a demand here in Hawaii......Lexbubba is still trying to sell his wheels and they are "less agressive" than this set. As part of my "gotta clear out storage and the garage, get these out of my sight" blowout... I would like these wheels gone. $3100 for the four wheels, four centercaps, and 2 tires. $3000 for the four wheels, four centercaps, no tires. Shipping is additional, and of course, would be quite a bit less w/o the tires, so that option is worthwhile for out-of-area buyers. Kinda tired of dreamers, and would like someone to buy these so I don't resort to just giving them to my bodyshop guys. BTW, that doesn't mean it's open season on lowballs... I'd rather just give them away to people I trust and respect (or junk them) than get lowballed.

I junked my President headlights for the same reason. If you were selling these for the price you have them listed at now a few months earlier, I would have bought them :shrug: Good luck with the sale.

Yeah I've thrown away car parts before after getting fed up dealing with people... especially 240 peeps... they're some of the worst. One of the things I've always wanted to do was take pics of the shit in a dumpster, post the location of the dumpster on the forums, and then hide out and take pics of what kinda people would dig through the trash for the parts. Imagine the comedy...!!!

Lovin these reverse spoke wheels! Offset is insane too, someone pick these up! Sick on an LS i think...

With my new weds ... I am looking at the size of lip looks the same ... SO anyone with a Gs can scoop these and make work too !

It would be such a shame to just give these wheels to your body shop and let them sit for years.  Please atleast give me an offer on the Caps......Trade plus Cash.  I am very interested.  These Caps most def set off the wheels.....but if they are going to just sit and collect dust why not let me take the Caps off of your hands?  Please let me know if you reconsider.

Yah I actually forgot about them cuz I've been so busy... and then when I saw them while getting some stuff from storage I was like AW CRAP. I haven't even had time to visit my friend's bodyshop... unsure if I'll give him these wheels, but I'm going to give him one of my cars on the condition that he builds it up... I have a feeling he'd balk at the wheels cuz he, of all people, knows how much work it'd take to get them to fit >HAHA<

Funny coincidence... after having been out of touch for a few months, friend called me up *TODAY* to tell me the Supra is done! He sent some pics, and it definitely looks pretty sleek...I actually like the wheels he ended up going with, even though he still has to use some spacers with them..at least they're not the typical "Introforged/Iforged/Moto Forged/360 Forged/Breden Forged/Vossen Forged/D2 Forged/DTM Autohaus/HPE/J Line/all same crap made in the same place to poor standards" wheels. You local guys will probably see this car popping up every so often...maybe...

I believe that he found a new home for the wheels already.  The new buyer did not want the Eventer Caps so they have now found a New Home (wink, wink).  One of caps for some reason don't work right but its all G.  I guess it goes to prove that it you keep "buggin" someone it may actually go your way.  LOL
